Donna Wilburn
Absolutely the worst therapist I have ever used!!! Donna believes she can do whatever she wants and she LOVES to gloat. She isn't gloating anymore. The court was beyond concerned with Donna's reports and considering those reports were filled with half truths, and outright lies, it's no surprise Donna isn't my child's therapist anymore. Luckily, my daughter's pediatrician documented the TRUTH about what was going on, and to say the Court was shocked by Donna's behavior is an understatement. Do not use Donna Wilburn as your child's therapist. She is beyond unprofessional and unethical!!!

Shelley MS Weber Mft Ladc
I DO NOT recommend this counselor. Shelley Weber has a new office off of Fort Apache between Sunset and Russell. Shelley Weber is completely unprofessional. She does not return phone calls instead she responds only through text message. She releases unauthorized medical records through text message as well. She does not see all parties before making baseless accusations against members in the family. I received hours of harassing text messages from her and asked numerous times for her to stop texting my underaged child's confidential medical records. She made false accusations and assumptions about parties in the family and text her opinions out to other family members when never consulting the mother for the facts, legal custody paperwork, medical records, etc. She has violated several HIPPA regulations and I feel her certification should be pulled.

Caring Hands Behavioral Health Service
Worst behavioral health agency. Does not know how to treat clients. I had my child removed and placed in a more stable agency where they really care about the needs of the families and clients served.

Serenity Mental Health
They are different than other agecnies out there and really care. If there is a problem, they will bend over backwards to try and help. Great agency! :)
