Desert Cab
never use this company's service. my wife and daughter had a trip to las vegas this summer. from airport to wynn hotel, they used a taxi from this company. after arriving hotel, the driver took out luggages and stuffs from the trunk, but he (maybe intentionally?) didn't pull out the camera bag which had over $1000 amount of devices (cannon dslr, high speed sd memory cards, strap, remote, battery charger, and other stuffs) and just left hurriedly even without providing the receipt for the credit card payment. we figured out the company by checking our credit card transaction record and tried to find the lost items contacting the lost & found service of the firm. they didn't help aggressively even i figured out the taxi id (don't know the driver) which was used by my wife and daughter. i reported it to the police and nevada taxicab authority, failed to find the lost stuffs. just beware if the taxi is desert cab.

Henderson Taxi
AVOID this dishonest company.Me and my wife had been taking a cab from SLS to Fremont Street downtown for 3 days. Each time it would cost between $12.50 to $14.00.After a couple hours downtown we decided to go back to SLS.It's only 4 miles from SLS to Freemont St. This sneaky SOB immediately took the highway at rush hour.I asked him why in the hell didn't he take Las Vegas Blvd.A straight shot to SLS.He said there was construction on Las Vegas Blvd.Bull****. That kind of BS is hard to let slide. The whole ride I sat there considering whether or not to pull him out of the cab when we arrived at SLS.Lucky for this thief that it would have cost me a hell of alot more than the cab ride. These A**holes know that when they pull this underhanded crap.AVOID Henderson Taxi like the plague. There are too many others.

This cab company employs thieves. I left my phone in the backseat of the cab. The driver brought it back to me a few minutes later, pretended like she was going to hand it to me, then snatched it back and demanded $100 cash to get it back. I offered to pay the fare + a very nice tip. I'd already given her a $7 tip for an $11 fare to the airport. But she demanded $100 cash and tried to drive off with my phone when I refused. Luckily I snatched it back. But then the police pulled me out of the security line. They let me go when I explained what happened, after I showed them my receipt. They also threatened to arrest the cab driver for trying to extort money out of me. But still I was pissed that she tried to shake me down for $100 and almost made me miss my flight by filing a false police report. I reported the cab company to the BBB. They could have cared less. I only gave them 1 star because I could not give them zero. Stay away!

Henderson Taxi
If I could I would rate them as a zero. I came into town with my wife and elected to take a taxi from Las Vegas airport to the Palazzo. Our driver before left the airport was already at $9 and i said this seemed very expensive. We arrived on 11/1/2016 and elected not to take Uber due the convenience. We were also not asked if we wanted to take the freeway vs surface streets after our tip our bill was $48.71 which after talking with my co-workers was a rip off. I called Henderson cabs on our way out of town and the person I spoke with who open up a complaint on our behalf was very rude and would not provide the drivers number and cab so that I could lodge a formal complaint with the LAS VEGAS Taxi Commission.

Henderson Taxi
The ride's price was 13.70. When he stopped the meter it jumped to 14. Gave him a 20 dollar bill, he stepped out and opened the doors and went to go back in the car when I asked for my change. He got slightly upset and handed 2 dollars to me. I asked where the rest of the change was (I was going to give him his tip out of that change ) and he got even more upset and said "oh what about MY tip then!!!" And reluctantly handed over... 1 more dollar!!!! He said "the fare was 15 the rest is tip". How rude???! I have the cab number too...

Desert Cab
I would think twice. 15 minutes ago cab #4441 was behind me on Trop going West at Wynn. The light had just changed to red and I guess he was in a big hurry to go home....He went into the second lane to go around me and right turned. Yep basically he turned right from the number two lane. If this is how they drive, you may want to consider an alternative.Sorry guys, the guy on the phone when i called disconnected me. he didnt sound too concerned that his drivers turn from the wrong lanes and go thru red lights.

I myself am a cab driver and started to work in this company, but for some reason I had to leave the company. During on the one month I was work in the other two, and now I want to go back because in comparison with other companies, that is company is really a prestigious and better company to the Vegas. Good luck to you guys..
