Superior Tire & Service - Goodyear
have used service for at least 7 years we keep all records of service.Today daughter brought one of our vehicles in for oil change and headlight repair/replace. not only was light not repaired/replaced they charged us for it and told us needed shocks fixed she told them only ever serviced here "sorry we have no record of shock repair so must have been done elsewhere and they used bad shocks" after search of records at home was done HERE 5/28 so my advice check ALL work before leaving and keep invoices better yet find reputable service center cant recommend warm springs location any longer

CARS Complete Auto Repair Specialists
I took my 2009 Audi A4 to CARS after having a horrible experience at another shop that claimed to be "Audi experts". These guys are the true experts. My car still had so many problems from the other shop and CARS was able to accurately diagnose the issue and quickly fix it. They are 100% my repair shop moving forward!

Accurate Mobile Mechanics
I was really stuck between a rock and a hard place. It was 5AM and my serpentine belt needed changed on my BMW. I called 3 other places and no one answered for their "24 hour" service calls. The guy that answered the phone was very friendly and was able to give an accurate quote over the phone. I want able to get to work as soon as I wanted but there were certain parts needed specifically from BMW. Regardless I was still able to get to work and put in half a day. I saved on towing expenses which probably would have rivaled my final bill from these guys. On top of that I would have had to wait for a shop to open. The technician that showed up was Mark. He was super friendly and very efficient. He explained everything to me as he went. Very fair and honest. Definitely recommend.

David's Complete Auto Repair
I purchased an RV from out of state and wanted to get it inspected and brought up to date before my 1000+ trip home. I was so fortunate to find Davids auto repair. David made sure a full inspection of the motorhome was done, he found numerous small issues and added a lot of new parts that had deteriorated from just sitting in the sun for too long. He found a few things that the dealership failed to find and fix and helped me get the costs for that covered. I looked up the prices for the parts he put in and found that he sold me the parts at cost and found me better discounts on other parts that were of the same quality. He called me 2 or 3 times every day to keep me up to date on what they were doing. He even came out to the dealership to meet me and go through the RV with me while the dealership tech gave me the walkthrough. For everything they did to my new motorhome, the price was very fair. These guys are real professionals, they know what they are doing! Purchasing from out of state was a stressful experience because of everything that could go wrong on the trip home. David made sure the motorhome purred like a kitten all the way home. I highly recommend Davids complete auto repair!!!
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
