In every business there's always room for improvement. Granted the wait to see the Doctor might be an extensive wait, if you know already, for heavens sakes, go prepared. If you take your child with you...take a snack, bring something to entertain him/her. If you can avoid staring at peoples actions do that because that makes for an even longer wait. Bring something to entertain yourself or better yet, keep your child at your visions and arms length at all times and do not allow them to roam, cry, whine, throw temper tamtrums because you went unprepared. It doesn't bother you when Doctors are taking the time to speak with you and are listening intentively with their undivided attention do you? Well, duhhh, this is why your wait is a long one. What does it take to tell someone to smile for you? Talk to them with respect, good morning, have a good day, thank you and please. This might help the overworked front desk personnel. All I have read in these blogs is crying, complaining and biatching...be omptimistic and not pessimistic. If you don't like something tell them not someone, and if you like them, tell a friend. This goes with any other type of business.
I was in horrible pain after a failed fusion for ten years and had seen many surgeons that told me there was no more that could be done for me. Then I found Dr. Ravessoud. He found that i had a broken pin left in my neck and because of this man i am now living a more productive life than I could ever have dreamed of. The only problem is he is now gone from California, and I am now without the caring hands of this man, but before he left he helped me tremendously. Thank God for doctors that listen! There aren't many surgeons with the heart and the skills that I have found. If you find him, you are fortunate.
I believe that knowing how he is with his patients, working 6:00 am to 10:00 pm everyday, people would understand when he has an emergency. He has not gone anywhere, he is here thinking of his patients, trying to get another oncologist to take care of his patients while he's out. He will return as soon as he possibly can. What we can do for him is pray that he is doing fine, maybe let his office know that we are concern and understanding.
Dr.Ravesoud finally made me pain free after more than 20 years of sciatica. Very caring and always concerned about my physical and mental pain. I would let him work on my other ruptured disks in an instant only if he was still in CA. I've been doing back surgeries since 1987 and this Doctor was the most caring and empathetic Doctor I have ever known. He also made it affordable for me and always took my financial concerns seriously.
Very rude and condescending. He does not care about his patients. He has treated my son for migraines prescribes him harsh drugs with bad side effects. I have had argruments with him about giving my son harsh drugs with bad side effects. He never actually does follow up exams on my son for migraines just wants to drug him up. Office staff is very rude and unhelpful when I needed to renew referral!!!
I started having bad signs of arthritis in my fingers. My fingers and hands became hard to move. My doctor referred me to Dr. Michael. I came to his office and met with him and his Staff. Everyone was so professional. Dr. Michael is caring, attentive, and detailed. He has helped me and I am feeling great once again. Thank you Doctor! Keep up the great work!
The care I got from the doctor was great... Once I actually GOT to see the doctor!!! It is literaly impossible to call for an appointment and actually talk to the scheduling person. She NEVER answers the phone. We played phone tag for one week. Ridiculous business practice. I am getting out of this practice as soon as my treatment is done.
The Dr. is quite informed and caring, however his "medical assistant" looks like he either just got out of jail or a former carny. I heard the assistant tell the Dr. I was a drug seeker outside of the waiting area. UNPROFESSIONAL!!
This practice has good doctors in it, they treat you well - Dr Johnson delivered my baby boy and he was just amazing. They treat you well and with respect.
I have had psoriasis most of my life and Dr. E is the first to ever control it. He and his staff are absolutely the best in the business.

- Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
- Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
- Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
- Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
- Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
- Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
