Fernando D Gutierrez Law Office
Thank you for showing me how evil people can be. What does Profecional act in this way? I'm going to give the task of telling everyone how egocentric and unhappy you should be in your life that is full of bitterness because your words and your expressions speak of how little human you are of being so unpleasant that neither in you own intimacy and you yourself must be bored you are a disgrace lawyer and legal professional your colleagues should not tolerate you, I would ensure that no friends you have and your family wants you just for the money and the welfare you give them, they expect you money and your economic support.Do you realize that people only tolerate you? I never saw such an arrogant human being that it's worth having so many degrees and studies. This is why people speak ill of you when you are not and express themselves of your evil character.Has anyone ever told you that you are an incredibly average person? You are a despicable and worthy of pity, they are by your side because you steal your customers with your high fees because you went to Harvard University and University Of Texas Master of Laws, to study so much if you do not have nor education. You express yourself and you go with racist arguments and you do not realize that your face is greasy as if you were cooking tortillas and on the subject of tortillas you must swallow tortillas like a pig, because you look like a pig in fattening and fattening for sale. Everyone may be stupid sometime, but you abuse the privilege.I do not feel anything for you, in response to the classic "I feel sorry for you" since your mouth does not leave words only sputum comes out and your bad breath. Your deeds manifest who you really are. Happy professional successful people have no need to bitter others. Your life must be miserable but you compensate with the money you steal from your customers for your high fees is the only thing that gives you the false life of undesirable being as a person. God bless you!

Edward P. Dancause - Attorney At Law
This was the worst experience with a lawyer ever. He was never available to speak with us. He lost our documents. He would ask us to leave items in the mailbox and pick them up from the mailbox because he was never available. We wasted two months of our time only to find out none of the paperwork he had prepared were what was needed for our case.

The Law Office of Norberto Cardenas III PLLC
Cardenas Law Firm shouldn't give out confidential information to inmates or the family on the outside because it can be life threatening to others. Letters that have been requested from I.C.E from the people involved shouldn't be shared with the detainees. Think about that next time you all decide to share information with your clients. What if it were your family? It's scary!!! Than the inmates call the family and friends on the outside and innocent people are being slanders, threatened, and blamed for things that aren't their fault. You should be ashamed of yourselves for putting others in harms way.

Law office of Melissa Saldana, P.C.
Ms. Saldana always answered my questions and she took the time to get to know me. She worked hard to present my side in a fair and just manner. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good, honest attorney.

Edward P. Dancause - Attorney At Law
I received a court appointed Attorney whom was Edward P. Dancause and the difference was night and DAY! Mr. Dancause went above and beyond for my case. He has a genuine interest in the outcome for his clients the care that he showed for my case was clear and he DELIVERED the BEST outcome that i could have had!! He under promised and over delivered, he also kept his word on the promises he did make as far as returning calls and providing documents especially since i live states away from Texas where my case was. Mr. Dancause is an attorney you can trust and i am forever greatful to him for helping me and my family through a very difficult time not only for the great outcome but more so for the genuine care that he showed to us. He made the process as easy as he could for us since we had to travel 12 hours for every court. If you want an attorney you can TRUST this is where you can find him!!

Edward P. Dancause - Attorney At Law
Mr Dancause was for me a terrible experience. He did nothing to help my case, nether returned my calls or respond to my emails. Our first court date was a disaster, he had nothing ready and it was so embarrassing. The other party was laughing silently. When I was lucky to get him on the phone he will tell me that he was moving offices or that he was at the mechanic with his car and could not talk. So unprofessional and disrespectful. Will not recommend.

Tips & Advices
When it comes time to choose a lawyer, you should start by searching close to home. If you do have attorneys you are familiar with, ask who they believe would be best for you. After going through personal references - especially from individuals who had similar needs - you should broaden your search through public information resources. You can call your area's attorney referral service or check legal organizations like Martindale-Hubbell. There are other resources available online, such as yellowpages.com. You can check websites for client reviews and other third-party forms of approval.
If you sign documents and you come across a word you don't recognize, or you need help to navigate important employment or real estate paperwork. Also, during times when personal matters intersect with legal proceedings, you might need to have an advocate to prevent your emotions from getting in the way. If you've been accused of a crime or are in a terrible financial situation, you can find an attorney who will work with what you have available.
When you hire a lawyer, you're agreeing to work with someone over a certain period of time. The more forthcoming the lawyer appears to be with individual needs, the better.
  • You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
  • The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
  • You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
You need to ask about every possible fee that will come up when working with an attorney. You should request a list of all costs in advance so you won't be surprised by additional expenses like overhead. Also determine exactly when you will start being billed. You want to inspect paperwork carefully. If the attorney charges you for his or her experience, you need to make sure he or she will perform tasks personally and not hand it off to an assistant. Find out if the attorney has a flat fee or charges by the hour. Many civil lawyers work on contingency. Make inquiries about how the lawyer plans to provide service for your money and what you can do if you start to feel unsatisfied with his or her performance.
You can ask how many similar cases they have handled and if they have special skills or training that applies specifically to your needs. Lawyers can't mention clients by name, but you should ask for basic details about identical past cases. You should check their office for the appropriate certifications and diplomas. You can also ask how long he or she has practiced law and request information that demonstrates the practice's success. Look for precise details such as percentage of cases settled out of court.
