Pointe At WYO
While reading with interest the reviews of The Pointe at WYO, I must say that as someone who works for the company that owns the Pointe, I was pleased with the reviews for this year. All are good, accurate, and make me feel like the Pointe team, both local as well as corporate, are accomplishing the goal of making The Pointe the best college student living experience in Wyoming. However after reading the review from "Hector H" I felt compelled to reach out to him and try to work through some of the issues he noted; but there has never been a Hector H at The Pointe, so that let's me know that this must be a disgruntled former employee, an evicted resident or possibly someone afraid to address their issues. If it is the latter, please drop me a note so we can make this better. I will say every issue is addressed immediately, there is more than enough parking BUT we do tow if someone parks in a handicap identified spot, so I assume this is what our frightened reviewer was speaking of. The hot tubs and pools have operated and you can view pics of them being enjoyed by residents if you go to our facebook page; they are closed currently because we are looking for a more appropriate place to dispose of the water from these amenities, so we can help keep our local indigenous wildlife healthy and happy. I was there last week and I had was able to get both wifi as well as plug in internet-I know this has been a challenge and as a company we are working on this. Sporadic is not a good solution so we are finding a long term solution to the internet issue-in the meantime anyone can use the computer labs that are located in the clubhouse."Hector" if you feel you need some assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks again Pointe people, and good luck in class!Gary C.

The Grove Apartments
I love living here. It’s a great place to be and it’s in a nice area. I’m new to Wyoming and did not know anyone here. The Grove has really fun, laid back social events like pool parties, Free Food Friday, Taco Tuesday, etc. that are a great way to get to know your neighbors and meet new people, and you can always bring your friends/family along to the social events. They really do an awesome job with putting on cool shindigs, too, especially the DJ they get for the pool parties. The gym is pretty sweet with some nice, new equipment. I have not had a problem with noisy or rowdy residents either, which is a nice change of pace from the big city I am from. My neighbors are pretty nice and a lot of people have dogs out and about all the time. The clubhouse has new computers and a printer/copier, TVs, a sweet game room, a bistro where the staff will gladly make you coffee/tea/hot chocolate and where they also host a lot of their social stuff. I love going up to the club house just to relax. The office staff are super friendly and are always willing to help you with anything, even if it’s just to chat for a bit. They even keep free dog biscuits at the front desk for your puppy pal. The maintenance crew are efficient and nice. I put a work order in and they had it taken care of within the hour.I love that the Gem City Grand bus route is right outside the complex parking lot, making it easy to get around town. I only have two complaints: the pool is not heated at all, but it’s still fun to use in the summer. And that some of the residents are not that great at cleaning up after their dogs sometimes. Other than those two minor things, I really do love living here.

Pointe At WYO
I signed my lease in the fall of 2015. I have been very impressed with the experience! I put in a work order yesterday for my apartment and today (next day) the maintenance crew came and completed the work! Very impressed! The facility is brand new (2 years). I cannot say enough about the apartment, the place is fully furnished, appliances stainless steel, has balcony, its been hands down the best place I have ever rented. We were even given a plasma tv when myself and 3 buddies signed our lease last spring. The Pointe also has modern study rooms on campus, gym, shuttle running to and from school multiple times within the hour, pet friendly and business centre. They also recently reduced their rates making this place an even more attractive buy. I signed yesterday to renew for this fall! Great experience, I will say paying a little more at this place(comparitive to others in Laramie) is definitely worth it and you will see why. Great experience. Recommend to everyone!

Pointe At WYO
I moved to the Pointe in January of this year and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It's a beautiful, and great place to live. The amenities make it more than worth way what you pay in my opinion- and I have never been apart of such a friendly apartment community. The staff has been more than helpful and understanding of my needs. Much appreciation from this loving resident.

I've lived here for a year and actually its pretty nice. They had a new manager come in recently and its much better. I like all the free food and the movies. My apartment is huge so it works well for the four of us. I'll probably stay next year. Honestly, you can't find anything else any better in this area.

I renewed and stayed for a second year. I enjoy everything they offer. It took some time, but everything is installed and my apartment is huge! Plus all the free BBQ's are awesome and we had a slip n slide just a few weeks back. I really enjoy the movie theater too for my video game night!

The Pointe is amazing. I've enjoyed everything about it since I moved in during March timeframe. Maintenance was slow but has picked up with new staff. Love the hot tub and fire pit!

We paid the extra for 3rd floor and the views are awesome. So are the vaulted ceilings. Plus they let me take my xbox down to the movie theater and play with my roommates.
