Customer service is not good unorganized bootlegged very rude called in a ride the night before for the next day and didn't show up and blamed it on me for them not be organized never again I don't not recommended this cab service to anyone
Very impressed, little bit of a wait which is expected on a Friday night, however arrived on time, Driver was awesome great service!!!
The owner is rude first off they block my number because of mistakes they made first off i setup pick up services they came Monday didnt show up tuesday but showed up Wednesday and I cancelled because they lied and said they didnt see a order but turned around and showed up without me having to call. Then they blocked my number which is so unprofessional and the owner mad when it was there fault and lack of order. I been in lansing over three months now and i would never give anyone there number at all. And for the owner to be rude when it was there dispatcher fault is crazy but thanks for lack of service and rude service as the owner and I am reporting to the attonery general office as well the better business bureau
Is Green Cab to busy to stop at a RED LIGHT? 6:30PM I'm heading north on Aurelius Rd @ Mt Hope Ave when non-stop comes a white van with Green Cab #1018 on it then doing 50+ on Aurelius Rd being a 35 mph clearly safety is an issue with this company and it's not the first, cabbies are not the same as pizza delivery so slow down, my dash cam gets it all & will be reported
Worst experience ever! Over charged and was late! I LOST MY JOB because icab was late three days in a row. Thanks for nothing! Grrrr
First time using taxi cab in Lansing mi, great experience. friendly, fair price and would definitely recommend. Will use again next time I'm in Lansing. Keep up the good work!!!
I called and was told they would be Here in 25-30 minutes.. And im still waiting... Its been an hour
ARRIVED A FULL HOUR LATE, and we missed our engagement. This past Friday, my family rented a limousine from Grand Limo for a retirement party. We booked a month in advance - the pick–up was scheduled for 4pm, we were to travel approximately 45 miles, and had a 6pm dinner reservation at a prestigious restaurant (that books reservations weeks out on a normal night, let alone a Friday evening during the holiday season). The limo was a surprise for the retiree and part of a big send-off – her co-workers/family would all be outside to bid her a farewell and she’d be able to step into a limo for her grand exit. The weather reports all predicted snow that day, and we did get about an inch starting around 2pm. At 3:30, we received the first text stating that our car service would be late by approximately 15 minutes. I was disappointed, but the party was still going and we DO live in Michigan, so… no problem. (We had several people attending from out of town and they were all on time, having left early to accommodate for weather conditions.) We received 3 texts following the initial one, stating that the driver was going to be an additional 10-15 minutes late, due to highway conditions. At this point, it’s 4:30 and people were leaving. The limo arrived a FULL HOUR LATE. At 5pm, the entire party had dissipated, the staff was cleaning, and the guest-of-honor was sitting in her coat, asking us what exactly it was she was waiting for. The “grand exit” turned into a long, annoying wait and a sadly unceremonious pick-up, after we told her the “surprise” plan. We traveled back the same way (same highway) that the limo had come from – we made it to our destination in an hour, roughly 10 minutes longer than it would normally take. We tipped our driver, despite our disappointment, and went in to the restaurant – only to find out that our reservation had been given away, seeing that our party wasn’t there on time. We ended up waiting an additional 90 minutes, in the pub, for another table to open up.Despite ALL of this, I tried to be understanding. However, I did want to let Grand Limo know that we did not use the 2 hours we paid for, and were charged for. I called twice, and a supervisor (Alicia? Felicia? She wouldn’t give me her last name) finally called me back. What happened next was so shocking, that at some point I actually put her on speaker and walked into my neighboring office, JUST so my colleague could hear how unbelievable this person was. Alicia/Felicia was furious at me “for complaining”, and I was repeatedly (REPEATEDLY) told that she “ain’t Mother Nature, honey”. When I tried to explain the situation, she repeatedly yelled over me, saying that I don’t know anything about limos (no contest, there) and was belligerently angry when I said that our guests, which were from the same area as the limo service, were able to make it. When I told her the tardiness caused us to miss our dinner reservation, the response was: “SO?!”I realized I wasn’t going to get anywhere, and asked for the owner’s contact info. I was told that she, Alicia/Felicia, was the General Manager and that the owner “wasn’t involved” in the business. ??? I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with, and was hung up on.Never in my life have I come in contact with such unprofessionalism and ridiculous behavior from a company representative. I don’t know which was worse – the fact that Grand Limo turned what was supposed to be a lovely evening into a chain of small disasters, or the fact that I was berated and yelled at by a representative after calling with a concern.I would warn anyone against using them - especially if you’re on any kind of schedule.
I dont want to give this company even one star, but it MADE ME. If I could, I would leave them -7! I had arrived at LAN on a Tuesday, around 9:30PM. In which, I had called and set up an appointment 6 days prior. I should have known something was shady about it because I had asked for a confirmation to be sent to my email because I had a 9 hour flight and didn't want to wait after arrival, because I would be exhausted... which I was. They failed to email me confirmation of pick up. When I landed, I just thought maybe they were running a little late... and after about 25 mins after pick up time, I called and the dispatcher was so rude. It was such an "inconvenience" for her to check on my cab. Come to find out, they didn't send one to me. Nor did they have my appt. I scheduled in their system. They then said they would send me a cab and I then ended up waiting over an hour. They were screening my calls... They didn't answer, except for once. They answered and then hung up on me. At that point I called the top rated cab company (on Google) and they were there in less than 10 minutes. They also gave me a free ride "on the house" after hearing what these lying sacks of frustration put me through. When we arrived at my destination, my hotel, the driver willingly carried my bags up to my room, as well as opened my door and closed it behind me. DON'T EVER USE I-CAB. Unless you feel like waiting around for absolutely nothing, and if you feel like dealing with some of the RUDEST humans on Earth! I highly suggest Omega!
I just moved to Lansing yesterday & had no clue which company to call but very glad I used L-Town. Chuck, my driver, was friendly & helpful, the fare was less than expected & the vehicle was clean & smelled great.L-Town is now programmed in my phone & I will use them again!
