Rose Pest Solutions
I have lived in an apartment complex for almost 4 years and never had to deal with any bugs of any kind my whole life. I bought a chair from a local resale shop in January of this year and I found bed bugs. I contacted the office and they called Rose Pest Solutions and they usually treat three times but they treated my apartment 6 times. I am extremely pleased with their service and products. With my help of throwing out a couch, beds, pillows, blankets just everything those pests like to hide in and washing everything from clothes, walls, metal surfaces, my dressers were sprayed also, I have not had a problem since. Now I just have to replace everything I threw out. This company knows how get the job done. I recommend this company to anyone who is having a bug problem. Just excellent customer service. On a side note be aware of what you buy from a second hand store. It may be pretty but is under the surface can cost you hundreds of dollars to replace items. I wasn't taking a chance to have the bugs to spread to every room so I tackled the problem fast.

Tips & Advices
Fumigation is dangerous to pets and humans. Liquid termicides, however, are safe to use around pets.
No. Because termite infestations are considered preventable, most home insurance policies do not cover treatments or damage.
It's best to treat an entire home to ensure the termite infestation is completely eliminated. Spot treating costs less, but increases the likelihood of missed colonies. In addition, spot treatments can make a home unattractive to future buyers.
The cost to eliminate termites varies depending on the method. Bait costs between $150-$300, while fumigation costs $1,300-$2,500. Heat treatment costs around $1 per square foot, so a 2,500 square-foot home would cost $2,500.
The length of time depends on the process used:
  • Fumigation takes approximately five days. The termites die quickly, but homeowners must remain out of the house until the chemicals clear.
  • Bait exterminations can take months to destroy an entire colony. The bait kills termites during the molting process. If an insect eats the bait and does not molt, it is unaffected.
  • Heat extermination takes approximately eight hours and is environmentally friendly. This process heats the home to 150 degrees F.
