Regional Manager are you listening? I was offended by the other review on here because we were in during the heatwave and one of the managers told us the air was only out temporary in dining room. We recently learned it was out for about a week in the kitchen! Isn't that illegal? We use to love this place until the management changed. We heard from the rumor mill why he was replaced and it was likely a good thing but they really lowered the bar with both of the new managers (and not replacing the other). They both don't care about us regulars and like many we knew and use to enjoy chatting with each weekend are now no longer going there because of the management. We agree. The food quality has declined badly as well. The whole atmosphere is no longer fun and hip but down and depressing. You can see it on what few employees faces that have stayed there that they are not happy. We feel bad for them because they became like a family to us. Most of the new hires since new management are of very low quality. Sadly all but a few of the good ones have left. Having people know your name and drink is a big deal after a long week especially when you consider your dropping $100+ at a chain restaurant for 2. Now it seems no one cares and it is easy to see why- the managers don't care. The former GM was not perfect but he ran a tight ship and was everywhere there was a problems fixing it. The new GM is usually hiding in back and when he comes through doesn't say hi or even recognize you....we have been dining here as regulars for years. Not anymore. The ""hispanic"" manager as pointed out in the other review is just lazy. He doesn't seem bad but doesn't socialize. We never heard his use profanity but then again he spends all his time flirting at the hostess desk or screwing around in the back. The newest manager got off to a good start but like his boss, he doesn't recognize or care to notice us regulars. He needs to go like his boss- they all do. They ruined what was a great and fun restaurant. LONGHORN ARE YOU LISTENING? \r \r I give them 2 starts because with a good manager they could easily fix the low quality of the food. It's still decent at the York location where we have stopped at visiting family there. And, realizing a chain restaurant is not exactly able to hire the best and brightest of the world, they could easily replace the management with some people who care about the guests- atleast one! Red Lobster on the otherside of town, which is owned by the same company, has some incredibly good managers. Bring one of those in and make her the GM. She would fire the other two idiots and bring back a sense of ""We Care and Value Your Business"" that this management team has destroyed.\r \r And, isn't having people work in a kitchen during the hottest week of the year illegal (OSHA you out there?). Isn't there health code violations to be seen as well? Why wouldn't someone in the kitchen report them unless they are scared or illegally employed? This is a little concerning to me. A good manager would have closed down rather than jeopardise employee safety, guest health and all the legal problems that could have resulted. Ok, now I am officially pissed as I write this and am going to write corporate. They should be investigated and sued. We will not return until new management is installed. This is long overdue at this location. Way to go Longhorn Lancaster. And to those few great employees that remain- HANG IN THERE. Hopefully we'll be back soon, and if not, take your talent someone else.

We were on a bus trip to lancaster- We stopped to eat supper at the Ole Country Buffet. In the line the senior menu was 10.09 cents a sign just in front of us. Well without even asking us or inquiring if we wanted it they were charging us a higher cost to sit us and give us drinks(which we drink water which is free) and add our tip in-well told then no we wnated our senir meal as stated on the sign. We went to our sits where most time waitress takes and fills your drink at least first time-in most restaurant buffetts I was too-I could not find the water so half filled with coke went back to my table the waitress very nasty says the red glass is WATER. So i asked where is the water she told me-I dumped out the cola and got us water-she was not nice at all I give the food a good but the hospitality a o

I have been to Lyndon, waffle house, Denny's and Friendly's and Neptune is BY FAR the best. The Gyros are first rate..the hash browns are crispy...everything I have had so far has been great Diner food. I will definately go back again and agian. Sometimes service can be slow... but the milkshakes are THE BEST I've had in this city. Unless you are really bothered by smoke I would sit in the front room as the back room kind of sucks in terms of ambiance.

In the past few years, more and more sushi restaurants have cropped up in Lancaster, Pa. but none (in my opinion) are as good as Sakura. They have more than just sushi too. There are Thai, Chinese, Mandarin dishes on the menu as well. Also, I believe I read in an article that most of the staff is originally from all over the East. The manager is very friendly and always greets me with a smile. The best roll is their house Sakura roll. They also do delivery which is a big plus. I've tried perhaps 6 different sushi places in Lancaster and Sakura gets my vote as the very best.

This is a really good chinesey buffet. I really like their grill. Load your plate with the raw items you like add the sauces you want and hand it to the grill chef. In a few moments you get it back hot and just the flavors you like.

The sushi here is fresh. I have never had a soggy or ""off"" tasting piece of sushi yet! I recommed the dragon roll.....my favorite. For a romantic dinner for 2 or a large group of 6-8 ask for the room where you sit on pillows and must take your shoes off! This is a BYOB place so bring your favorite bottle of wine!

?Not A PLace To Dine? Lyndon City Line Diner 1 of 5 stars A TripAdvisor Member I had an order that was messed up / wrong. (a to go order) I called back, they were aware of the mistake, someone else had brought my food back. I left my info, and was told to call or come back anytime and they would ""gladly"" replace the order or refund my money. When the time came, i called to get a food replacement. Nobody knew what I was talking about, no note, basically called me a liar. I eventually spoke with 3 or four different people trying to resolve this issue. Nobody ever called me bac, there was no follow up, nothing. I ended up going back to ""The Lyndon City Line Diner on the Manheim Pike, Lancaster, PA. after being very composed and thinking this was going to be resolved, the head cook came out ""Mohammed"" who had called me a liar on the phone previously, got very rude with me. When I told him his customer relations skills were terrible, he told the other girl to call the police. I left. IF YOU EVER HAVE A BAD DINING EXPERIANCE AT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT, DO NOT EXPECT ANY SATISFACTION...

I've only had lunch here so far, but this stylish restaurant right near the center of downtown Lancaster has delivered consistently good food and service. I highly recommend the chicken crepe which is a regular menu item...tastes like something from a top notch French restaurant.

The first thing you notice when pulling in the entrance of the Heritage Hotel parking lot is the incredibly unique addition to this Lancaster landmark. To call it a deck or a patio doesn't do this two-story structure justice. Imagine dining in the most impressive tree house ever built. The open layout and the use of the natural environment give a feeling of submersion in nature, a theme that is consistent throughout Loxley's. The inside of the restaurant is unlike anything that has ever been seen in Central Pennsylvania. The massive bar is encrusted with arrowheads and surrounds a tree growing through the center of the room. Ambient lighting on the natural wood walls adds to the feeling of natural splendor. It is the epitome of the dining "experience", mixing Heritage Hill's well-known culinary expertise and exceptional service with ambiance that will leave everyone amazed.
