YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I Recently had windows replaced at my house(Such a stressfull process). I got quotes from a few places in and around the Springfield Illinois Area. I called the Glass Doctor. Saw some reviews, good and bad. But couldn't tell for which shop they were directed. I spoke with Tim when I called. He was very pleasant to speak with and tried his best to get me headed in the right direction. Bob Blaise came out to measure as I found out he is the most knowledgeable glass tech I have Ever met! About two hours after Bob left I was called by Tim with my quote. The quote was $250 cheaper than Bacon, and $100 cheaper than Ave. Glass (Those guys are Beyond rude). I came in that same day, paid half down to proceed with my order, then was told 7-10 days my windows would be in. On day number 8 I received a call from Tim that my windows were in followed by an appointment date being set. On day number 10 Bob and Louie came out and did a wonderful job!

Yeah, I'm actually the clerk that helped you, and by clerk I mean the daughter of the owner who's been around screens and doors my entire life. I know what molding on a screen door is. The molding on a screen door is the piece of wood that is placed over the area where the screening material (Usually aluminum) is stapled to the wood frame of the door. The frame is the actual piece(s) of wood that makes up the outside of the door. When I called you I explained that the molding (Which was scalloped) was rotted out and couldn't be replaced, so we were going to make an aluminum insert screen to put into the wood door as those are more cost effective when rewiring the door, you agreed. I made sure to tell you that the framing couldn't be saved because it was rotted and part of the frame was as well (Hence the missing chunk). I am sorry that your misunderstanding as to the terminology of doors led to this, but I did my best to provide you with good service.
