I loved this place until they got a different groomer. She didnt listen the first time to my request and basically did a wash n dry only. I commented on it the next trip,she buzzed my dog naked. She did call and say i need to trim her down to about an inch or two long from about 6 in long. I said ok.i picked her up and she was totally buzzed to the skin and she will never be the same. I'll be going to the vet bc she can't have a sanitary cut.they knew this. Bc she will chew herself bloody in that area. I work at the shelter and dogs come in a million times worse and don't need to be buzzed down that far. The groomer was lazy!! And i will never go back. And for me to take the time to post this review def says something.if i look at the pics posted,every dog has the same cut. Buzzed down body with the head and tail the same.

Really good groom. My dogs looked great and smelled wonderful.. price was fair too. It was a good experience for me and my dogs.. would definitely recommend to a friend.

I think that this groomer does good work with the grooming but as a business person, she really sucks. Shes unreliable,forgetful, and can be very tacky at times too. I would never recommend her to anyone that was my friend, and we will. Ever ever call her again for a groom.����

This place is very UNPROFESSIONAL and the cuts are AWFUL, they didn't even bathe my dog they used dry shampoo and my dog was still dirty. If you want the full experience PLEASE check the reviews on Yelp!

Cannot be counted upon. I made a reservation for dog boarding on a Monday. The reservation was for the upcoming weekend beginning Saturday morning. I was informed Saturday morning the facility was booked, and they had no record of my reservstion. This caused a major problem with my weekend plans which included hotel reservations out of town starting Saturday. The staff were unsympathetic and left me high and dry. This is a very unprofessional operation. You can be sure I will not use nor recommend their services to others.

Three Little Fish
NEVER, WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS THIS STORE AGAIN, they talk the talk, and act like they know what they are taking about when caring for ponds and aquariums, but they really don't. I learned my lesson the hard way after I purchased two bottles of ammonia block from them. Raul told me to place both bottles of block in my pond and it would take care of problem. He then told me I would at some point need to change part of the water, but only after I place the bottles in the pond. After I put the bottles in the pond “ALL” my Koi fish died within minutes. I called the store and told him what had happened, Raul back peddled and twisted his words around saying he never told me to put both bottles in. I had 3000.00 if fish. Believe me. I would have never done something that would have killed my fish. I went off this stores expertise and recommendation. BEWARE...

Many people fear that their pet will be injured at the groomer, but incidents of serious injury are infrequent. For minor injuries , it is appropriate the groomer pay the vet bill, and can usually be worked out between groomer and owner. For moderate to severe injuries, you can attempt to activate groomer’s liability insurance to cover medical expenses. However, be aware that most groomer contracts stipulate that the business does not assume responsibility.
Staff at groomers know that there is inherent risk when handling animals, and they are familiar with being snapped at or bitten. However, it is not a normal occurrence or something you should ignore. Many people choose to cover medical expenses or pay extra--at minimum, apologize and get the dog into behavior classes. It is a given that  you should sedate or muzzle the animal for all future grooming sessions.
It is always recommended to make an appointment to get your pet groomed. While some groomers, especially in the larger pet stores, can accommodate with short notice, popular neighborhood groomers are often booked out two weeks out or longer on weekends.
If your pet has sensitive skin, let the groomer know when you set the appointment. But be aware, all dogs have sensitive skin by human standards--their skin is much thinner. Therefore, you should be on the lookout for signs of sensitivity, and reduce it through regular grooming with gentle, natural shampoo and conditioner. Oatmeal shampoo is a favorite. Daily brushouts and omega oil supplements are recommended for every day at-home care.
For various reasons including insurance clauses and pet-owner relationship dynamics and behaviors, groomers prefer owners don’t stay with their pets while being groomed.
