AV Subaru
Who would have thought buying a car could be so easy? Nicole McClaskey was by far the greatest saleswoman you could ever ask for. Niki was beaming ear to ear as she showed and told us about the Subaru we had our hearts set on. This being our first dealership purchase, we were very hesitant on making a decision the same day of viewing. All doubts were easily subsided the more Niki talked. She does her research to ensure you're getting a good deal, as well as to ensure you absolutely love the car. As a mother of two, all I could think was "is this a safe car for our children?" Niki found us a car that was capable of SAFELY locking in two rear facing car seats and also has eye sight. Another clear indication she loves her job and genuinely takes any and all concerns of yours seriously. Not to mention the outrageous deal we were able to get! We drove off the lot with a SubaruThank you so much again Niki! Extremely satisfied with your non persistent tactics. Keep up the great work!

First off I do not like review websites I believe a lot of people that post on them have an agenda besides telling the truth about a company, and I do not for a minute believe the other two people that posted on here have ever used the services of Wayne & Dave's, with that said., I am a real customer I went to Wayne & Dave's for the first time in my life yesterday, my Dodge truck needed the transmission replaced, I had heard them advertize on our local Country radio station, so I gave them a try, and I'am very glad I did, they have a large, Clean and professional shop, my truck was fixed perfectly when they said it would be,and for the amount they said it would be, and they even washed my truck when it was complete. I will be taking all of my future repair business to them from this day forward. If you don't believe I'am a real customer just email me and ask me, my name is Jim and my email is nhrajrdad@cs.com

4 stars for excellent service but kinda slow. Had to write a review since there is none. I seen them last year; they are a little Papa shop, very personable and friendly people Most of the people there have Spanish as their first language, so they may be difficult to understand if you are not use to heavy accents. They allowed me to bring in my own part and charged for the labor on my A/C compressor. Very fair and affordable labor pricing!! They are a small family business so it took a couple days, but to be fair, it is hard to get my compressor in and out of my 2005 sable and they did have other cars before mine. I would defiantly recommend this business to my friends and family in fact I was looking them up to schedule an appointment for a new fuel pressure sensor.

We pulled up to the curb expecting to be swarmed by sales people. On the contrary, we we had to approach someone to start the buying process. They were very helpful and we had a good time as far as car buying goes. We felt we got a good deal with little pressure as we were prepared to go elsewhere if we didn't get all the extras. In the end we got all the upgrades, a great price and a great car. Still takes forever but that is how it is everywhere. I think car buying is actually getting easier.

I have been using Alex for over 20 years to repair all of my cars, trucks, vans & my RV ! He is the most reliable guy I have found to work on all my cars! I have told friends to take their cars to him. He checks out different things on my cars that I forgot to ask him to look at. I trust him that my car is done right every time! just stop buy with your car and he will tell you what needs to be done. Thanks Alex

I am shopping for used car parts with them for years, and I can honestly say that their prices are the best in Lancaster, and as a repeat customer, they always treat me like a king, with respect and loyalty ... I can truly recommend them to anyone, and especially their mechanic garage, as they always have the right part, if not, they will get it for you in no time ... 5 star service and 5 star owners and staff ...

To step into this dealership is like stepping into a toy store for a little kid. I was in heaven. They have a great selection in cars to choose from and best of all they are priced to sell! After 10 minutes of being in there I had already decided on a car. The process was easy! Love these guys.

Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
