    Delivered my hot top and cover with broken strap buckles. They said they would fix it. But after 6 months of in-person conversations, phone calls, emails all telling me "it's on order", "we'll take care of it" etc. they still have done NOTHING!!
    Can only imaging what will happen if I need warranty service. Definitely have to find a different dealer and would not recommend Apollo.

    After reading that very negative review I felt the need to write a review.

    I have never had a bad experience at Apollo, I find the staff going out of their way to be helpful. I would give 5 stars but as previously mentioned, the prices are high. But I feel this would be the same at any pool store.

    The pool place in Easton mentioned in the bad review installed our pool: the installers required more money while doing the job because of rocks! They're digging, of course there will be rocks. The filter system didn't work, the big ticket item we just purchased from the Easton place would not send a guy out to check it!! We never had a pool before, at much insisting and saying I would call the Attorney Generals office they sent out a guy. It was installed incorrectly in the first place. Never would I go back there even for the cheapest of items.

    I am very pleased with the level of commitment Matt demonstrated in dealing with a warranty issue which arose with a difficult manufacturer. He worked throughout the summer to make things right. Excellent service!

    I'm really surprised that anyone would find anything negative to say about Apollo. Matt, Mike-everyone we've dealt with has been fantastic. They answered every question we had, and showed nothing but patience when I couldn't make up my mind on which hot tub would work best for my family. I think people are used to in-your-face salespeople, and these guys are very laid back and there to help, but aren't pushy in any way. In fact, we'll be back in a year or so to get our pool from them.

    Go somewhere else. I was initially very pleased with this company, though their prices are on the high side. I wanted a new liner installed in my pool. The installers seemed nice and professional. I would like to rate them separately from the company. They arrived while we were out and started tearing out the old liner. They got more than half of the liner out and left a message on the house phone that they ran into trouble. I called back and was told that the screws and plates were fused and rusted and it was impossible to complete the job without destroying the pool. I called the company and was given rather high estimates for a new pool and installation. I went in to talk to them and apparently Mike was rather disinterested in making a sale, as it was 10 minutes before closing time. I would have preferred to stay with them, since I really trusted the installers, however Mike didn't seem to care if he lost a sale. He gave me a business card for an independent installer, whom I called twice, but he never bothered to return my call. I am ordering a pool and liner from a pool catalog and have located an installer who will remove our pool for free and install the new pool. I will be saving roughly $1500. I'm very disappointed with Apollo.

    Went in there looking for a part for my filter that I couldn't find anywhere. A young kid went out back and got a guy who found what I was looking for. I was in and out in a few minutes. The place seemed to be pretty well stocked so I'm not sure what that other commenter was talking about

    I would never step foot in this Store ever again.. They do horrible Service work, testing water they turn your pool green the girls testing water are complete idiots.. Watch out for the one that sits in her office with the dog because she is the most unpleasant person i have ever delt with in my life.. She was very rude and does not care about the customers point of view.. I will never do business with APOLLO POOLS AND SPAS AGAIN... Easton Pools is a much more professional store with professional people and THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.. and the Store does not look like its going out of Business.. Apollo looks like a building 19.. POOL AND SPA OWNERS BEWARE... They will do nothing but ruin your summer and cost you alot of money they are nothing but HACKS.. THAT STEAL PEOPLES MONEY.....
