The Egg Station
Had breakfast Saturday & Sunday. Food was hot and good. Nice size portions for the money. Management needs to tweak of few things. Both days the bread order came out after meal was served. I don't know why it does not come with the meal, not crazy about digging into my eggs without the bread there. On several occasions, while waiting for food, you look up and there in not one waitress on the floor, no one! With a staff of about 7 or 8 how could this be, not once but 3 times it occurred. Saturday, with a line out the door, there was no one going around refilling coffee or water. On Sunday, less crowded, we were half way done before our waitress appeared to ask if I needed a re-fill. When we were done, our waitress could not be found. Again, the only ones on the floor were the Hostess and Bus-girl clearing tables. 3 tables in my section were waiting for the bill. Finally we had to ask another waitress to get our waiter and the Hostess came over to check on us. No one could find our waiter, the Hostess had to get all of our checks. I asked the Hostess if our waiter quit, and she said that our waitress was filling a large to go order! Seriously, they don't have some one to handle that? How about the waitress behind the counter? My wife went to the bathroom and all the waitresses were congregating in the hallway.Come on Management, time for you to step in and manage. They need to designate someone for take out.

Ricardo Alvarez Law Firm
I have been through a lot recently with receiving a charge here in Polk county. I regret not going to Mr.Alvarez during my trial and having him represent me, as I was being frugal. Which then unfortunately led to charges on my record. A few years after the everything settled and the case was closed, I pursued Mr.Alvarez for a process to get my record sealed because of the many problems you may face when having anything on your record no matter how minor that may be. Out of the many lawyers I called (7 to be exact), he was the kindest and the only one whom showed the most professionalism out of all. I was able to sit down with him and he explained many different scenarios in regards to how I can go about getting my record cleared. He gave me his time and knowledge even before I made commitment to a purchase. After agreeing on which route I would take, it turned out to be a long process due to the government (6 months to be exact) taking their time to process the request, but Mr.Alvarez stuck by my side throughout it all. Although at the end of the process, I was not approved for the sealment, Mr.Alvarez still put a effort into helping me and guiding me and gave 110%.

Law Office of Tony C Dodds
Tony Dodds is a man of impeccable character who is dedicated to servant leadership within and outside of the judicial system. He is greatly respected among his peers, colleagues and top level officials. His expertise and years of experience are priceless to anyone seeking legal guidance. He listens to understand and acts quickly on the behalf of his client. His no nonsense approach is refreshing, and his staff is second to none. The ladies in the office are the nicest, most helpful and responsive professionals I've worked with. Tony Dodds was recommended to me by a very senior community leader and I now understand why. There is no better attorney to represent you if you are in need of legal counsel.

Mr. Dodds represented me on my DUI 2 months ago. After a jury trial, the jury quickly returned a not guilty verdict. I couldn't have asked for better representation. Excellent job and I highly recommend his services.

Tips & Advices
When it comes time to choose a lawyer, you should start by searching close to home. If you do have attorneys you are familiar with, ask who they believe would be best for you. After going through personal references - especially from individuals who had similar needs - you should broaden your search through public information resources. You can call your area's attorney referral service or check legal organizations like Martindale-Hubbell. There are other resources available online, such as You can check websites for client reviews and other third-party forms of approval.
If you sign documents and you come across a word you don't recognize, or you need help to navigate important employment or real estate paperwork. Also, during times when personal matters intersect with legal proceedings, you might need to have an advocate to prevent your emotions from getting in the way. If you've been accused of a crime or are in a terrible financial situation, you can find an attorney who will work with what you have available.
When you hire a lawyer, you're agreeing to work with someone over a certain period of time. The more forthcoming the lawyer appears to be with individual needs, the better.
  • You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
  • The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
  • You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
You need to ask about every possible fee that will come up when working with an attorney. You should request a list of all costs in advance so you won't be surprised by additional expenses like overhead. Also determine exactly when you will start being billed. You want to inspect paperwork carefully. If the attorney charges you for his or her experience, you need to make sure he or she will perform tasks personally and not hand it off to an assistant. Find out if the attorney has a flat fee or charges by the hour. Many civil lawyers work on contingency. Make inquiries about how the lawyer plans to provide service for your money and what you can do if you start to feel unsatisfied with his or her performance.
You can ask how many similar cases they have handled and if they have special skills or training that applies specifically to your needs. Lawyers can't mention clients by name, but you should ask for basic details about identical past cases. You should check their office for the appropriate certifications and diplomas. You can also ask how long he or she has practiced law and request information that demonstrates the practice's success. Look for precise details such as percentage of cases settled out of court.
