Not worth your money horrible place to take your vehicle. Won't fix your vehicle after you payed for the job to be completely done then somehow blame you the costumer & say it wasn't their fault. So if you want the run around the back & forth & having to pay another shop to check what's going on with vehicle go right ahead take your vehicle here..

Kauffman Tire
I make go to Kauffman Tire and tell them my light is on and I believe I have a flat tire because I hear something in my tire as I drive. Well after 10 mins they come and get me and tell me it was all good that all the tire pressures were low but one was a lot lower than the others. Well I drive away and the light goes off, but I still hear something. I go to Walmart to get coffee for my dad then head home, as I still hear something so I call my dad and ask him to come out and help me, well we start looking and Pow there is a NAIL in my tire!!! WTH!!!! I called #KauffmanTires and tell them how ticked off I am because I was there earlier to have a tire looked at and all the hell they did was put air in my tires! They didn't even look at them. All the guy would say is "we will try to make it right for you" well I couldn't wait until was back in the area because I live 30 miles away, and looking at it my dad didn't think that it would last over night and make it to my infusion at the cancer center the next morning, so at 5:45 I had to go back to Walmart and hope they could help me out and luckily they did no questions asked. Never again will I choice to go to Kauffman tire as this is the SECOND time I have had a bad experience with this company, the first was several years back where they broke off the tires pressure sensor in my tire and I had to fight tooth and nail for them to replace it, after nearly 2 months of waiting I finally had gotten a call saying the parts were in however by that time I had already traded the vechical. You really need to train your employees better. I come to get a tire looked at because I hear something and can feel something when I drive and I tell you that I think I have a flat and all you say is they are a little low on air but one was really low! Why the heck did you check the one that was really low???!!!!??? Come one!! I would of had less of a hassle even if I had to pay more to get a tire from y'all! But no!!

Took car to have caliper put on. I supplied the part per his request and he charged me $100.00 to put it on. OUCH Also, it had an electrical issue. He said he replaced 3 fuses and charged another $100.00 OUCH again.... Plus it didn't fix the problem. the fuse blew the next day. Called him twice and only got his machine. He never returned my calls..... Also, he is on Combee nowto add to my previous post.. Shaun did call me back at 7am and left a rude message. He stated that he only charged me less then an hour to do a wire diagram (don't know what that is) and put in 3 fuses. Than he went on to say he charged me an hour for putting on one caliper and an hour to do wire diagram???? contradicts himself.I called him back and asked him what a wire diagram was? He preceded to tell me he didn't want my business and started cussing me out. Told me to F off a few times and threatened me when I questioned him. After he hung up on me I called back and asked him why he couldn't answer my questions he cussed at me some more and threatened to call the police. I checked with a few other repair shops and they stated that the time to replace ONE SIDE of a cars calipers is one hour. That is both tires not one. They also had no idea what he meant about a wire diagram. One said maybe he took an hour to draw a picture... LOLStay away from this guy

I do not know how this guy remains in business. I went there one day at 7:10 am. All of the bay doors were open. I assumed (albeit incorrectly) that he was open. I had just run over some sort of nasty screw in my passenger rear tire and was scared it would blow out my tire. I went in to talk to the guy who I saw sitting in the middle of the bays and asked him if he could fix my tire for me. He said "we don't open until 8". Really? I commute one hour to and from work every day and was petrified that I would have a blow out on the 33. He couldn't take 10 minutes and take a look at the tire and maybe sell me a tire!? I asked him what the hours of the shop were. He stated "8-4". Wow. "Are you open Saturdays?" "No." Obviously this guy must be independently wealthy since he turned work away. What if this was his mother, sister, wife or girlfriend with a leaky tire? He has no idea what business I could have brought to him if he had just been a little kind. Even if he couldn't do the work at 7:10 am, could he have pointed me in the direction of where I could get it fixed? What happened to common courtesy? He is in the service industry, right? So much for service and southern hospitality!

Wonderful company. They work well with your insurance and they are quick about getting the job done correctly.
Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.

Just a moment...
