All Zone Air Conditioning Of Polk County
!st of all he was late. My husband went out to help him. Told my husband he couldn't find any thing wrong everything was working fine. My husband even crawled under the house for him. Found a duct disconnected. Then they charged us $99.00 for duct work and all he did is reconnect. No parts needed. I was not impressed. He was on the phone more than he was working. Will not recommend. Was very disappointed.

Do not use unless you get the pricing in writing first. They quoted us one thing and charged another and didn't seem to care when we called and questioned it. That's enough for me to feel scammed

Alexander Air Conditioning & Heating Inc
They charged me $100 for estimate of replacing my a/c that they didn't notice me before, but if I take their service,$100 will give me back as a credit towards my payment.I called the owner,Michael the next day,I thanked him for his kindness and great service first, and tried to tell him for using their service, but HE ASKED ME TO GO FOR ANOTHER COMPANY,and HUNG UP the phone on me,I was shocked,it's okay if you don't want my business, but there is no reason you got the $100 I paid for the estimate if you reject my business.I called them for the $100 back, but no response from them yet.Their price might be a good deal, but the customer service is terrible,I was not rude or being angry while I was talking to him,I don't get why he can treat his customer like this.I found this company in yellow book, that's why I called them, don't believe anything on the commercial, this company has NO personal friendly service,NO financing available, totally lie to their customers, and I felt like it is s scam.

Walmart Supercenter
Oh what can we say, these people are just miserable. They never had the mid range items in stock always the most expensive. If you ask for a price check or to see if something is in stock good luck getting through to anyone, I spend 20 min with this walmart trying to get through to electronics, I finally had to have a manager make someone pick up the phone, only to find out.. thats right it wasn't in stock, I have to wonder if they even went back and checked or if they just put me on hold and did more important things like chew bubble gum.

I had a new air conditioner installed by All Zone. They came out that same morning for a quote. Later the installation was done quickly, everything appears to be orderly, and the system is running great.

Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
