I just had to write to let everyone whom reads reviews know of the extreme and ongoing changes here at Lakeland Toyota! The GM Rob Siefke along with the owner have brought in a new service director Anthony Sullivan. Service Advisors/Service Managers (and overall we have an outstanding team) now have a Director that continues to assist with them with trying to create successful service visits for our customers. We haven't reached perfection yet - but we are definitely moving in the right direction! Other changes include new sales managers, and an expanding team of young professionals with a heart for our customers GM is available always by email and there's a link right on lakelandtoyota.com so that you may at any time let him know where we may need improvements!Lakeland and Central Florida customers - your voices were heard and we have taken major steps in improving. Let me start off by stating I had an extremely wonderful experience with Cannon Subaru. After trying to haggle with 3 local dealers, I had lost hope and was about to give up my quest to purchase a 2015 Subaru. These dealers were a nightmare to work with and I felt like I was begging them to purchase a car; literally. My close friend found this dealer online selling the exact car I was seeking, and even though they were located 4 hours away I carefully considered it. So after reading various positive reviews I decided to give it a shot. So I set off on and traveled about 4 hours to purchase my new 2015 Subaru. I worked with Cletus first and then finalized the deal with Clark (both were great to work with). Experience and service were top notch. Next Subaru I purchase I will definitely make the 4 hour drive because it's well worth it. No question about it!PS: My friends (both own Subaru's) were so amazed with the service that they are considering purchasing their future Subaru's from Cannon Subaru as well. I only went in to test drive a 4Runner and a Tundra, and ended up driving out with the 4Runner. My salesman, Jean Rosier, was new to the dealership and was more than willing to provide me with any info I asked for. For me, it came down to what I needed for my trade in value for me to be happy with my new car payment. Manny Torres, the sales manager, just about bent over backwards making sure all the numbers worked so that I wasn't going to be hurt by negative equity. He presented me with the trade in value and when my payment was a bit higher than I wanted, he raised my trade in value to lower my new car payment to where I was happy. I've never had such a positive experience at a dealership, and I will most definitely be returning for all my service work, as well as when I need to buy a 2nd vehicle. Thank you, Lakeland Toyota!

had to have the fuel level sensor on my 2013 chevy spark replaced which was covered by the warranty.took car in about 8:30 am and was asked if there was a particular time I needed it back by which was a very pleasant surprise.it is not very often that you find any place that the staff seems truly caring about your needs.it truly made me feel like I had chose the right dealership to make the purchase of the first new vehicle me and my wife had ever purchased.it is amazing what such a small jester can have a big impact. I had recently had the cars first service done and both experiences was refreshingly pleasant!! I hope not to have anymore mechanical issues but if we do I know that it will always be a good experience at regal. thank you so very much!i will see you again on the next oil change.

I visited this place in search of a used Ford Escape Limited. I had some 'must haves' like steel blue exterior, black leather interior and a sunroof. They did not have what I was looking for but the sales manager, They, said that they could find me one and that they have the ability to search the entire country via a dealers only inventory website (not available to the general public). They found me exactly what I was looking for. A 2010 model with only 47k miles on it. They had it trucked in from another state and I couldn't be any happier with the entire process.They even had a hot pink pinstripe put on for me and helped me acquire some hot pink Ford emblems as well. I absolutely love my Escape.

Eddie Anderson and his staff are more than helpful. I am glad that I was referred to them by a friend. I thought that with the credit issues I had and previous rejections that I would be unablento purchase a reliable car. I went in and was very upfront about the issues I had. My salesman walked through the whole process late one evening to make sure I was put in a vehicle. I am ever so grateful for Mr. Anderson and his dedicated staff. Unlike other companies that claim they can work with any type of credit situation, Eddie Anderson does, can, and WILL. I would recommend them to anyone!

I bought a car from here and they had some changes in management and always trying to improve there costumer satisfaction for the customer. I have visited there lot at least three times a month always something nice there or coming in all dealerships sometimes gets bad managers its a good thing they try to get some good people in the car dealership to try to change any negative bad deals that they have, thanks guys and specially thanks to the salesperson, he was an awesome guy and he really taken the extra mile and beyond for me on getting me the truck i wanted, thanks again guys.

My service rep. Was Daniel Delgado and he did an excellent job of checking my Lexus RX 330. I was tired of driving to Tampa for service. Lakeland Toyota had done previous work on the vehicle which was good. Danielhad the car checked thoroughly and found more than problems than I thought. I respect Dan when I knew him at Cannon Buick. I talked to the mechanic as was really impressed with his mechanical knowledge of Lexus. the work cost over $ 2000. The drive home convinced me that the car performed better since I,be owned it. I had a fantastic experience at Lakeland Automall! Cheryl was GREAT!!! Everyone there was super friendly and work hard to find the deal that's best for you. I'm on a very tight budget with paying off my school loans and they were able to find me a great deal that I can afford. Both my parents were thrilled with their new cars from Lakeland Automall. Needless to say, this was my first and only stop to car shop and I couldn't be happier with the deal I got and my car! :D They have so many cars to look at and I ended up finding exactly what I wanted at a fantastic price!
