Washer did not work right out of box. They will look at it in 5 days. Never buy something from a company that does not service their items. Do not buy from Tate, they do not service what they sell. Shop around.

Leroy S. I purchased a used dryer from here. They were kind and honest. The dryer is still working perfect 3 months later. I am getting ready to purchase a used washer from them today.

I Don not agree with previous review. The owners where kind an considerate an professional. When I went in they did not have what I was looking for an they told me to let him see what he could do. A couple of days later they called with my stove. I also purchased a washer an dyer set from the 2 months earlier. My dryer was not working right. He came right out and fixed it. I have no issues with it or any of my appliances I recieved. But if you have your item for 3 6 or 9 months then your warrant is out. It is a used appliance store if you want those kind of warranty you need to buy new.

I called and scheduled an appointment to have my KitchenAid dishwasher repaired. It was supposed to happen on 1/2/15. I had to give my credit card info before they would even schedule me for service. On 1/2/15 the office called to say that the tech could not come because the truck was broken down. They rescheduled it for 1/7/15. I got a call on 1/7/15 saying that the tech still could not come because the truck was not repaired. I told the office that I was concerned that they had MY credit card info and that I still had no repairs done! They said they would cancel all of my credit card info. I really don't feel comfortable with this company and its operation!

If you buy it used, you'll get used and broken from these idiots.I've never experienced such horrible liars in my life. Kind at first, but the warranty means nothing..dealing with them with a used BROKEN upon delivery refrigerator from these people. I want to rate them a zero BUT 1 IS THE LOWEST I COULD GO.

He's been in business for over 29 years Thanks for helping me fix my fridge .
Tips & Advices
Water leakage is usually caused by a blockage of the defrost drain by food or debris. The ensuing overflow can leak inside the refrigerator or outside. This problem is often an easy DIY fix--just clean the debris away. If you cannot locate it, it could be a clog of the system and might require a technician.
The most common cause of a refrigerator running is a faulty seal, usually on the door, allowing a constant flow of warm, humid air into the unit. To combat the warm air, the refrigerator’s cooling system kicks in and might stay on. This can cause strain on the cooling unit, not to mention higher utility bills.
The most common reason an ice maker stops making ice is a faulty water supply line. The most likely culprits are the supply line being frozen, broken, disconnected, or the filter being clogged, which prevents water from passing through.
The most common refrigerator maintenance issue is the most obvious: The refrigerator isn’t cold enough. Next is a faulty ice maker, the refrigerator not functioning at all, the unit is making strange noises, and the dispenser units are not dispensing water and/or ice.
Frost buildup in the freezer is a result of warm, humid air entering the freezer and then freezing. It could be as simple as frequent opening and closing of the door, or a faulty door seal allowing air to flow in. If those are not the issues, the automatic defrost system might be malfunctioning and require servicing.
