Petco
I took my yorkie here and the groomer did not dry him properly and he was damp.I informed the groomer Elvira of what I did not like and she appeared to understand. The second time I took my puppy to get washed she mentioned that maybe someone else should groom the him because I complained. She refused to groom my puppy even though I had an appointment at 9 am she wanted me to wait until 10:30 when another groomer arrived. She obviously can not take any constructive criticism form a customer. BOYNTON BEACH PETCO IS MUCH BETTER AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.I gladly went to another Petco on Boynton Beach and Congress. Ask for Shiela she was very friendly and understanding.

I just started my first salt water tank and a guy named Mike helped me with the basics and taught me a lot about how to start/maintain a salt water tank. Will gladly keep my business with them and refer friends there. Thanks again Mike!!
Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
