Great Customer Service from Skip helped save me $40.00. I went in to pick up a phone charger and as Skip was ringingly purchase he saw my phone case cover ripped and told me Otter Box has a great warranty on their products and said go to www.otterbox.com on the web. I had planned to get another cover but was kind of disappointed it ripped like that so I was unsure if I would get another Otter Box or a different product. I not only will be sticking with Otter Box but with Radio Shack! Thanks for the Great Service you have another Loyal Shopper thanks to your Great Service! Thanks Radio Shack and Keep up the Great work Skip I got a confirmation by email that day from Otter Box it's on the way to me.

I have to disagree. As a grocery company that claims to have the best customer service, my experience in buying chicken at the deli on January 7th at 1130am was the worst ever in any store. I was completely ignored by the deli manager and the chicken fryer for over 30 minutes, until I finally spoke to the store manager. From now own, I'll go to Walmart Deli when I am here for the winter.
