Italian Restaurants in Lake Oswego, OR
1.Olive Garden Italian Restaurant
6355 Meadows Rd
This restaurant has many good points, first, this restaurant is near my house, so I can go there easily and it has a lot of parking spaces. Second, this restaurant has seafood which is the only thing I can eat in such restaurants. Third, they have a very good reception desk. Even in crowded nights, they have numbers to be sure that who come first has to be served first. Fourth, the waitresses are very helpful and they can recommend a great dishes, and they are very friendly. Fifth, the prices are reasonable for what I get. I'm not really sure about this, however, it was equal to what I used to pay in Saudi Arabia. \r \r Because nothing is perfect, even this restaurant has some problems. There are some little things that I would like to see it fix, and I am sure if they are fixed, the restaurant will be the best. First when the restaurant got crowded, the service is slow and it takes a while to order, to get the food, and even to pay. I think the restaurant should increase the number of employees to get better service. Second, the waiting place is kind of small and should be larger, For example, last time it was raining, and the inside was full of people who were waiting, so we had to stay outside until a place became available. Third, the place can be noisy because of the small area. For example, when we were eating, a noisy child was screaming, and at the other table, group of people were laughing loudly, so I couldn't eat my food comfortably.\r \r When I think about the times I went there, most of them where fantastic. In general, that restaurant is a very good place to eat delicious food, everything is good ,but it's better to go there weekdays, so it can be a place to relax.\r

We celebrated our anniversary here last night. It had been a couple years since we were here, despite it only being 1/2 mile from our home. It's so easy to bypass the long established places for the new hot spots.\r \r We were greeeted and seated by Riccardo, and when he found out it was our anniversary he brought us two complimentary glasses of Prossecco. We had appetizers of panzanella (bread salad) and seared scallps with pancetta and preserved lemon, both very good. We had brought a bottle of Italian red which Riccardo chilled for us and served, and we also ordered a bottle of Prossecco as my wife can't drink much red. As others have stated, their wine list is great for Italian choices, and they have their own wine shop accross the parking lot from the restaurant.\r \r We had pastas for dinner, I the Lasagna della Marche (Marche is the region Riccardo is from) and my wife a penne with squash, zuchinni and tomatoes (vegetables were perfectly cookeed). We finished with mixed salads which come with the entrees, which were very good as well.\r \r Our experience was so good here we have vowed to go back frequently. It is best when Riccardo himself is there, as he is the consummate host making sure everyone is taken care of.
4.Zeppo Italian Restaurant
345 1st St Ste 105
Those one star or two star ratings must be from disgruntled competitors. I'd be disgruntled too if I had to compete with Zeppo. Great food, reasonable prices, wonderful atmosphere and ALWAYS the best service. Run don't walk to Zeppo.
220 A Ave Ste 108
We wanted to try Tucci out for quite some time. We have a young child - 19 months and know it's important to know if a restaurant is ""kid friendly"" before attempting to dine there. We called ahead and spoke to Brian who assured us he would find the right spot for us to enjoy our meal and not feel out of place. We arrived and he quickly remembered our conversation and said he had the perfect table. We enjoyed the Monday night all night happy hour menu and were endlessly impressed with fantastic food, amazing service and friendly vibes all around. We will return in no time. This was a find and so nice for young families to feel comfortable! Thank you! We will be back soon. :-)
6.Oak & Olive
6369 SW Capitol Hwy
Glad I found this place. I had been encouraged to try the food by a friend. I mapped the location and I actually drove by it as the Google maps directions had me driving by the actual location. It is next to the OnPoint Credit Union on Capitol Hwy. Great outdoor seating. Great food. I will be back!
6114 SE King Rd
Recently ordered pizza from zappos and glad I did. I found an online coupon code that made my pizza 50% off. Think the code was hot50% (hope it works for you) I entered into website. (Was only good Monday-Wednesday). Good food and it was ready when I got there. I will be back.
8.Nicoletta's Table and Marketplace
333 S State St
Food, Service and Atmosphere- a perfect 10! I felt like I was in the South of France or a litttle gem in Italy....I found myself wanting to know all about who Nicoletta was! As much as I love to cook, I do not think I will ever make my homemade lasagna again-the vegetarian and the spicy Italian sausage were both so good I went back and took another to a friends in my own dish!!! I cannot wait to go back- and it will be soon
9.VIN Italy-Cafe Marzocca
16045 Boones Ferry Rd
The best place in SW for a great selection of fine Italian wines. It is organized by region and they actually seem to know a lot about each individual wine and even the producers. The owners go on annual vineyard trips to Italy and are very knowledgeable about their product. The service is great and they have complementary wine tastings once a month. Love this place!
14559 Westlake Dr
11.Rudy's Gourmet Pizza
4716 SE Powell Blvd
What a wonderful place. I love the calzones and the pizza alike. The pasta sauce that they have in here is really made in heaven, literally made in heaven because their kitchen is where heaven is.
10330 SW Greenburg Rd
Excellent food. Outstanding service (if anything, our waiter was "too eager" to assist). I love their salmon, and their biscuits aren't bad either.
13.Clarke's Restaurant Bar
455 2nd St
I'll start by saying that I'm a food snob, so if I give a restaurant 5 stars it probably deserves it.\r \r We started with a basket of bread, and it came with butter and a blue cheese butter which was quite tasty.\r \r After reading about the lobster & shrimp risotto from other reviewers here, I just had to try it. It was excellent. I'm glad I ordered it even though I had a bit of shrimp in my entree. It was more on the rich side but somehow went down easy, so you could eat the whole thing (some rich dishes you just can't finish).\r \r For my entree I had sauteed free range chicken breast with bay shrimp in a madeira sauce. It came with fingerling potatoes and asparagus. This was just as good. The chicken breast was so tender and not dried out at all (quite moist actually). My friends ordered the risotto cake and ""noisettes of salmon & sole a la basquaise"" (see their menu on the site for details), and both were also great.\r \r As for dessert, I think it's safe to assume it would be as good as everything else was, especially with what I read on the dessert menu. Unfortunately, I didn't have any room after the risotto and healthy portion of chicken. I can highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning (probably for the halibut and dessert).
14801 Kruse Oaks Blvd
Stanfords has the absolute best happy hour food! Unlike most places, you can actually find salads and wraps on this happy hour menu. And the portions are so generous. I highly recommend.
8075 SE 13th Ave
I've been to just about every Italian joint between the Pearl and the East side, and finally I found a place that serves real Italian comfort food. We had the wild mushroom fettucine, the seafood risotto and the linguini and clams, plus a flatbread with homemade finnochiona and the gnocchi. All was amazing. So pleased, full with out being uncomfortable and the bill was pretty kind two. With tip, it was right at $150, and we had two bottles of good wine. Both were awesome and reasonably priced, and the list is packed with lots of inexpensive selections. Cute, cozy and relaxing. Thanks, Portofino, you made a tough week far more bearable.

As a local business my family and I like to support local businesses. Lucky cash register has always been there for us and never hesitated to come out to fix issue on hand. FREE OF CHARGE!!!! Chris, the owner is very nice and will always go over things with you on the phone if it is an easy fix. Chris has managed to keep up with all of our 5 stores, making sure our registers function properly. I appreciate all the efforts and hard work. Chris takes her Job very serious and meets deadlines. We have been in business for 22 years and Lucky Cash Register has been there to support us. Thank you Chris.

Food, service was top notch. 2 think we were going to Olive Garden.
18.A Cena Ristorante
7742 SE 13th Ave
The food was absolutely amazing....AMAZING. Everything melted in my mouth and tickled the tastebuds. The calamari was unbelievable. The wine was reasonably priced and when we finished our bottle the waiter opened a new one and topped off our glasses free of charge. When I ordered a glass of after-dinner port, they brought a plate full of dark chocolates to pair with it(on the house). We were the last to leave. We thought the waiter was coming to kick us out but instead he offered to play us any song over the stereo at our request. What an amazing evening...I LOVE THIS PLACE!
6440 SW Capitol Hwy
I can understand where some of the negative reviews are coming from: you are paying a lot of money for somewhat small portions of, essentially, peasant food, and the service is definitely of a relaxed nature. However, those portions are of superbly cooked fresh ingredients--treated with respect, not over sauced or contrived. The Agnolotti is a good example of where differences in taste could come into play: to our mind it is a perfect portion of superb delicate hand made stuffed pasta with a beautiful subtle Sage butter, but to others it could be a tiny bowl of miniature ravioli with no tomato sauce. \r The service is as we like it--allowing us to mull over our food without any pressure to turn the table. The knowledge of Italian wine is superb and the various house made Strega's are fantastic\r .It's understandably not everyone's cup of tea but we count it amongst our top 3 restaurants in town.
20.The Old Spaghetti Factory
4288 SE International Way
21.DaVinci's Ristorante Italiano
12615 SE McLoughlin Blvd
We had a fantastic dinner at DaVinci's. We have not been to Davinci's since the new ownership. What were we waiting for? The decor has been updated and looks very nice. The service and food was teriffic. We are planning on going back with our family on a Friday (they have live music on Friday's) to enjoy the food and music.

I have never been to a place like this before... The cuisine, the atmosphere, the staff, the selection, the prices... I have actually had 4 meals there in 2 days. I wanted everyone I know to try this place, and didn't want to miss out on a reason to go again. I love the feel of a mom and pop operation... and the owner, "Chef Shan", comes out, introduces himself, and talks to you about your meal. Also, being a car enthusiast, he explained the background of the name of the restaurant. Go in and try everything on the menu, and when you are not in the mood for Italian, ask the server to get the Chef. If you like to try infused and even dishes just made up on the spot, look no further then the Italian kitchen on the north end of the Tualatin commons lake... The man can make anything! I can't say enough about Fiorano Ristorante! A+++++++ Chef Shan and staff!
23.The Old Spaghetti Factory
12725 SE 93rd Ave
Great place for family time, and a lot of good food; and in our case a birthday dinner!!!
24.Ernesto's Italian Restaurant
8544 SW Apple Way
Ernesto's is one of the best places in town. We have come here for a long time and always enjoy ourselves.
1131 NW Hoyt St
What a great restaurant! The service was fantastic and the food was absolutely as delicious as it gets -- not pretentious, but special and very satisfying. I'm not much of a dessert eater, but I was blown away by the chocolate torte. My strongest recommendation for a great weekday meal, or a place to go for the most special of occasions. I'll be back!
1426 NE Broadway St
We stayed at a B & B down the street from this place. This place was great! Scratch made Ravioli, pastas, lasagna, etc. Megan was our Server. She was awesome at making menu suggestions! I had the butternut squash Ravioli with a pint of their seasonal on tap. Great job, folks!
627 SW Washington St
It was a rainy, cold and windy night when my husband and I dropped into the bar at Pazzo. We walked several blocks to get there so when the warm air surrounded us upon arrival, we knew we would be comfortable. The mood was mellow and relaxed. We found a nice cozy table with a view of the street. The room was dimly lit; so it was easy to look outside at the stormy weather as people passed by. We laughed as we saw a guy walk by with an umbrella completely inside-out. But he kept walking along as if he had no idea that his cover had been compromised... It's a great-place to people watch!! Additionally, we had two delicious meals, great wine and fantastic service. Jackie was our server; she had great menu and wine suggestions. The Natalino salad (or Ceasar) was fresh and flavorful with long 'spears' of romaine. I had the Gnocchi (which was more food than I expected), it was a rich savory dish which paired nicely with the Paul Dolan Zinfandel. My husband had the Pollo; a pan roasted chicken breast --it was very flavorful with a wonderfully crunchy skin. After dinner we were tempted with spirits and gelato (there's a pisatachio gelato dessert that is quite yummy). Plus the bar tender's recommendation; the Germain-Robin alambic brandy is well worth trying. We look forward to our next visit.
28.Bugatti's Oregon City
334 Warner Milne Rd
Great food at good prices. The BEST Clam Chowder I have had in a long long time. Excellent server, she was pleasant and efficient.
735 NW 21st Ave
30.Romano's Macaroni Grill
12000 SE 82nd Ave Ste 1093
My daughter had her wedding reception here...with 46 people having dinner. My daughter Jeanette chose this place because Linda was the most receptive friendly person she had approached about having her wedding reception. Linda went above and beyond helping, She changed at the last minute the reception room from a small room ...to a larger room as more people were invited. She generously accented the florist's center pieces by adding colorful napkins on the tables around them. The staff that waited on this huge group of people were so polite, and very attentive; The food was outstanding. I have talked with several people since the dinner and they are still remarking how much they enjoyed the food. I want to thank Linda and her staff for making my daughter's reception so wonderful. Everyone had a great meal and a very nice time. Kathy L Prock
