Speaking from a man's perspective, I have always had a thing for getting a good cut without having to spend all day in the chair. Over the years I have relocated and have spent months finding that barber or stylist that could get it right so I could just get the appointment and get cut/colored and get out. (yes, I said color, men need it too!) I found her, her name is Hoai she goes by Katy, I guess to make it easier to request than saying her name incorrectly. She is accurate with a combination of clippers and scissors leaving me with the best cut I have had in years! On top of that, she smokes everyone else in the time it takes to get it done! I want to start this by saying I first emailed corporate with no response from them, so now I will post this on every media I am able to!I went to this location last Friday with my boyfriend. We had gone to this location before and it wasn't anything amazing but also wasn't bad. This last occasion was really bad. Our server walked by our food in the service window at least once as well as manager placing syrup cups on our plates but just didn't bother to deliver the food. It sat there for at the very least 5 minutes but it was probably more like 8-10 minutes. The plates with the eggs, bacon, and hash browns were both cold we also have pancakes and hash browns but they're a more tolerable but still pretty cold temperature. I had to get the managers attention to have him ask me if I needed him, why yes, why else would I stare directly at you? Tell him the food is cold. He apologized and said he would have it fixed and he would "take care of us" okay great whatever. About two minutes later he comes back with two loaves of bread and says here's some bread im so sorry the food was cold, we said you didn't need to do that (quite frankly we didn't want the bread, what will two people do with two loaves of bread besides waste it?) we just continue to eat the pancakes and French toast. The remade food is finally dropped off by a different manager and he said he would come by and check on us. He never does. And our server has no clue what's going on at all. She thought we loved the breads so much that we decided to purchase two loaves she didn't even know we sent our food back while we are eating the remade food we are pleased it's actually hot, and then I go to take a bite of my pancake with a piece of banana to notice there's an eggshell on the banana! I am not a picky person, if this were on my eggs it wouldn't be a big deal. But it was on a sliced banana, really? Then our server drops off the check and we tell her everything that went wrong as well, she's surprised and goes to the second manager that delivered our food but never came back and told her the check was correct. Full price for everything. I don't expect to completely eat for free but they could have discounted it some, especially considering we didn't want the breads. We left the breads on the table and proceeded to the cash out area, the second manager was at a register/computer there but was much too busy to even acknowledge our presence or ask how things were. The nice hostess asked how things were and we just told her not good and she was the only one who actually seemed genuinely apologetic that we didn't enjoy our meals.
