Casa Bonita
This restaurant is terrible. From the service to the food. My family and I arrived around 7 pm, There were a few patrons in the part of the restaurant we chose to sit in. The waiter is the hostess and the server. Our server was impatient and not friendly at all. The food arrived quickly but it was not edible. The tamale was dry and the rice was hard. The server NEVER came back to check on us or to ask if there was anything else we needed. When he did come to remove our plates there is no way he could not have seen that we had an issue with the food, but he left so quickly we could not even get his attention long enough to discuss it with him. A $36.00 disaster dinner. Sadly a TV dinner would have tasted better than this place and would have provided more food. If you are visiting Havasu and looking for Mexican food you would be better off going through the drive-thru at Del Taco and taking it to the park for a picnic, at least you know you what you will be getting and won't be paying for some jerk who doesn't like his job to continue to have that job or to support an establishment that obviously does not care to have repeat customers!

Tecula's Mexican & Seafood
I ordered the 2 Tamale plate. It comes with the standard rice and beans. I also ordered a tostada because usually 2 tamales, rice and beans isn't enough food for me. The Tamales were VERY large. They tasted great. The tostada was very good also- loaded an inch and a half high with cheese, lettuce, pico, etc.. The masa in the tamales was cooked to perfection. I love mexican food so I eat alot of it. This was several notches above most. This place is about the food and not ambiance...and I'm okay with that. I'll definitely eat there the next time I'm in Havasu!!!!

Just a moment...
