This reply is intended for Corbin D. Mr. Corbin D. brought his phone to my business to get the volume button repaired due to it being stuck . My technician repaired the volume button for him, he came to test it, paid for it and then left the store . He then gave us a call stating that his phone wouldn't charge. My employee explained to him that all my technician did was fix the volume button and that he did not touch the charging port, however he was more then welcome to bring it back so we can take a look at it and see whats wrong. He brought the phone back a week after, dropped it off to get looked at and left. My employee put it on our Samsung charger to test it and it instantly started charging. The phone never even made it to my technicians desk because there was nothing wrong with it. We called Mr. Corbin and told him the phone is fine and to come pick it up, he asked if we fixed it and we were honest with him and told him we did not do anything to it because the phone started charging perfectly when we plugged it in. Mr. Corbin got mad and accused us of lying to him, got vulgar with my female employee and stormed off.
