I LOVE THESE GUYS....Hi my name is Leanne. PLEASE go to Sunbelt Chrysler and ask for Howie. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Howie and he couldn't have treated me BETTER! I felt like I was part of a family. Billy Johnson the Sales Manager worked hard to get me the payment I could handle while Howard showed me every feature the vehicle offered. I am and will be a loyal customer for life!!!!!!!! Thank you Howie

Pete Olin Auto Parts
Drove into Lake City this morning & a young girl pointed out to me I had a flat tire. I drove to Pete Olin Auto Parts store almost in tears & ran in & asked an older man in a Hawaiian shirt if he could please help me change my tire. He said "well, yes I know how to, but there's a garage next door, you need to go down there & see if they can do it". I left driving on the rim & went across street to jiffy store, went in & got change & got down on my hands & knees in a dress & Aired up the flat tire, thinking the guy would feel bad & come out & help me, not a chance. He stood his nongentleman lazy behind inside the parts store & watched me struggle out the window. Thank God my husband is a gentleman. I hope this mans wife or daughter is never in a strange town with a flat tire desperately asking for help. I prayed for you today, Mister. My Gold bless you.

Sunbelt Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM
Hello my name is Tony! I'm a mechanic at sunbelt. Mike Simpson doesn't work here anymore for one. I personally can vouch for this service dept we DO NOT RIP PEOPLE OFF! If your car is broken it cost money to fix it, some cases we find other things that customers don't necessarily know about and try to fix it. (expensive or not) we get paid to fix cars without customers there are no cars, people are not stupid they will find out if you rip them off!

We will NEVER use sunbelt again ....they will screw you in a heartbeat!!! Took my son's truck in for them to fix the brakes (charged me nearly $500) ...picked the truck up and the brakes worked 2 days!!!! Brakes went out with my 17 year old driving thru town!!! He comes up to a red light only to find out NO brakes...they better be glad he didn't get hurt or killed!!! Had a tow truck($105 for tow truck bill) take the truck back to them and then they wanted $615 to fix the brakes again...well if your not going to fix them right the first time ..I am not going to pay you more money for you to make the brakes work till we leave there!!! Pd $60 for a tow truck to bring the truck home & for $70 my husband & son fixed the brakes!!! We now have brakes!!! Sunbelt WILL NEVER GET A DIME FROM US AGAIN!!!! So please beware BAD SERVICE DEPT. & SERVICE STAFF!!!!

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. They have the worst customer service one in particular Mike Simpson. The mechanics don't know what they are doing. You may as well go to a shade tree mechanic as least you will be a able to drive your car a little while. They told us one price and when we arrived it was another. My car went in for a starter and came out with a new engine. They kept my car for 37 days I paid 5,300.00 and drove it for 4 days and it broke down. Then had to take it to another dealer to get what Sunbelt messed up fixed. If you can not provide adequate service do not advertise that you can be honest with the customer give them a choice to go to another deaaler. How can a brand new 2012 car have so many issues I can tell you I took it to Sunbelt in Lake City Fl worst mistake of my life. 08/17/2012-9/27/2012 is how long it for them to break my car even more. If I could give a -5 star rating I would for the incredibly terrible service I have received at Sunbelt Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Lake City FL. I bought my Dodge truck from them in 2004 and have had it serviced there for the most part ever since... Until last March when I took it in for a simple oil change which ended up taking almost 4 hours because my paperwork evidently fell through the cracks. FOUR HOURS for a simple oil change. OK I said I would never take it back for service there. Then last Thursday (a week ago) I had a brake lock up while in Lake City and my husband had the truck towed in to Sunbelt to have it checked out. Husband went by the next day (24 hours later) and the truck was still sitting where the tow truck had dropped it at. They told him they would get right to it. They later called and said it was the master cylinder that had went out and it would cost over $500 to fix it. That was last Friday. They were to order parts and fix it as soon as they came in on Tuesday. I called Tuesday evening and they told me the truck would be ready to pick up on Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and I went to pick up the truck and found out they haven't even touched it! It was still sitting outside and NOTHING has been done to it. The service department told me that they had been too busy to work on it.. but they would have it done today. I am beyond pissed. I run a business myself and if I gave my clients the same kind of service I have received from Sunbelt I would be out of business. I realize that you can't please everyone... but my truck has been up there for an entire week untouched. I am wondering now if they lied about it even being the master cylinder... how do they know if they haven't even touched it? Shame on you Sunbelt for the lack of customer service and professionalism on your part.
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
