Great home inspector. Professional and knew what he was talking about. Would recommend to anyone needing a quality inspection.

Dailey's Fence Co
This company is terrible. I hired this company to install a fence over a year ago. They came out and measured and I explained that the fence was for my dogs. When they installed the fence it was high off the ground and easily bent up at the bottom. One of the installers told me it was no problem and they could use "tie downs" to keep the fence in place and to just call the office and ask for them. I proceeded to call the office once a week for 12 weeks. Each time someone answered they made me explain the whole situation again then took my information and told me they would look up my order and call me back. Each time they were rude and had no idea what their own installer was talking about. Needless to say I spent $4000 on a fence that does not keep my dogs in because it is just too high off the ground and too flimsy. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

iFence Systems
My jack russell is a digger. At first it was just the flower beds...Recently, he dug under our wooden fence and escaped into the neighborhood while I was at work. When I got home, and couldn't find him, I totally freaked.I looked everywhere. Knocked on neighbors doors... finally when I went back to the house Skipper was on the porch waiting.A few days later I called iFence. They set up a fence around my property line and around my flower beds. Now little Skippy is in for a shock next time he thinks about digging up my flowers! And more importantly, he's safer this way. I would just die if something were to happen to him!

iFence Systems
This iFence system was one of the best purchases that I've made for my poochies. They love being able to run around the yard anytime they want. I love not having to stand around in the yard with them or take them out with the leash and poop bags for the neighborhood stroll at 2am. Thanks, iFence! You've made my life much easier!
Tips & Advices
Homeowners should work with a fencing contractor who is certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations, including American Fence Association or the North American Fence Contractors Association.
If a contractor requires an immediate decision, asks you to pay cash or doesn't provide an estimate.
  • Ask for portfolio examples
  • What's their reputation?
  • Is the work guaranteed?
  • Is there a warranty?
With exposure to the sun and the elements, wood fences are prone to cracking, warping and cupping. homeowners are encouraged to clean, seal and stain their fence at least every three years. Clean the fence with a specially formulated cleaner. After 15 to 20 minutes, use a pressure washer to remove any mold, mildew and debris from the fence. Then seal and stain the fence to protect it. An oil stain is recommended, as it penetrates the material and can maintain its condition for years.
Homeowners may use soap and water to clean off these materials, but they generally don't require much more than that. These options can be good for those that want a sturdy but low-touch fence.
