Enchanted Nails
Had my nails done with the dip powder, they were pretty but very thin. Within 3 days three nails were broken. I went back on the 6th day asked if they charged to repair, she just said sit right there I fix for you. After she finished charged me $9. I had originally paid $59 for the nails and to have my eye brows waxed, left a GENEROUS $20. Tip and you can't fix your mistake without charging me again! Then she didnt match them to the ones that hadn't broke. Wasted $88 dollars in 6 days on nails! Princess nails is way better and they fix their mistakes for free! I went here bc I was having my car detailed next door and wanted to save time. Never again.

Ugo Spa
This is the best nail shop in Lafayette Louisiana by far. Everyone who works there cater to all clients who walk through the door.

Loved my nail color so much, service was great, and they were fast! They were very nice to me and my sister as well.

They seemed very nice... ...but charge my credit card twice! And fours days nail polish is peeling. They will never get my business again!

These people were so rude and unprofessional. One lady made sarcastic remarks to my daughter because she didn't know exactly what she wanted as soon as she walked in the door. It was a group of 5, but instead of being happy for the business, an employee complained that they would be closing soon. I refuse to pay people to be rude, so they will never get another dime from me. Nails weren't that great either.

Cali Nail
I have tried Cali Nails three times because it is close to my home. But each time both my manicure and pedicure were worse than the time before--twice I had to go back to have nails redone. The women that work at Cali Nails are all Vietnamese and spend their time while doing clients' nails chatting with each other in Vietnamese and sillily giggling, apparently to mock the unwitting clients. The workers try to rush clients out the door by doing their manicure as the pedicure is being done. The first time I was forced to have my manicure done this way, I let it happen, then, the next two times I demanded my manicure be done at a proper manicure table, separate from the pedicure. Three is a charm, and I will not go back to this Cali Nails. I also do not recommend the place.

The most unprofessional staff I've ever witnessed. They are the same crew from Rendezvous in Guilbeau road. The owners totally disrespected the new nail tech servicing me and had a nasty attitude.

La Petite Nails
I went into La Petite nail salon on Saturday afternoon for a mani and pedi. First off customer service sucks. The shop is very dry and unwelcoming. This was the worst manicure I've ever received. My nails were filed crooked. She forgot to base coat my nails. Horrible polish job; thick and bubbly. She rushed through my manicure. I got silver studs on my nails and she put them on upside down. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends. I definitely could've spent my $40 elsewhere.

Just a moment...
