Put in a work order today about both of our toilets, 1 in our Master bathroom and the other one in our 2nd bathroom and their response it wasn't a maintenance problem, it's considered housekeeping. Our apartment is immaculate and my husband and I have tried everything on our part/expense to resolve the issue and hasn't worked. I clean our tubs and toilets weekly as I mentioned to them, like you should do, it didn't even seem to bother them whatsoever. We pay high rent here and Maintenance should take care of this issue that I reported. I also requested by text to them to send me the Owner of the Property and have not received a response. Only responded by text to them, since that is how the office was contacting me, even though I reported it on the Resident Portal as required. Already sent photo's on the Resident Portal.

Apartments La Veranda
They have very little to no insulation between upstairs and downstairs apartments. Can hear EVERY step you neighbor makes. It is hard to sit and watch a movie or enjoy a meal because of the noise over your head. Sounds are amplified and sounds like elephants playing basket ball. Hard to sleep in such conditions. They claim to be luxury living but this is far from it. $$$$ but cheaply built. They claim to be smoke safe area. People are smoking in the breeze ways and on their patios all the time. Can't walk too far without running into someone smoking. The manager calls this apartment living trying to say this is acceptable for apartments. Don't let them fool you. What they say and what you get are completely different. Better off going somewhere else.

I have a 1 bedroom here and so far, very happy. I love my apartment, and I can do everything here. I cancelled my gym and tanning memberships, yay! Apartments are gated and by the mall, so the area is close to everything we love to do.

DO NOT RENT FROM VILLA MARIA OR FRONTLINE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (SAME OWNER) I moved into one of their offsite properties in august of 2014 and moved out March of 2016. Move in day was a disaster! I was given a set of keys 2 days before move in. On move in day, the company i hired (who charge by the hour) met me at my old place and loaded the first round of boxes and furniture. We delivered it to the duplex I rented from them. We then went back to my old place to grab the remaining furniture and boxes. When we arrived back to the duplex my key no longer worked. They changed the locks and did not notify me! Waited over an hour to resolve the issue. After that I noticed quite of bit of damage to the duplex. The toilet seat was hanging off of the toilet. There was missing weatherstripping on the front door which left about a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door. Fixed it 7 months later. move out day my side of the duplex was much nicer then the day I moved in. they kept my deposit.

Peppertree Apartments
I lived here 2 years and always had a problem. The foundation is weak and has many holes in the floor, I can literally here everything that goes on above me and when my neighbors take a shower or use the faucet. My AC vent always leaked on the floor non stop, even after they "fixed it". My kitchen vent molded and behind my washer was molded also. Bees and any other insects easily made their way in through closed windows and also built hives, I could never enjoy my living room or balcony because they took over. The pest guy supposedly comes every 3 to 4 months but the 3 years I've stayed here, I've seen him only 2 or 3 times. The price is also high for no reason, many things are out dated and do not work properly. Do not recommend at all!I can say that the staff is pretty friendly though.

I went to the office multiple times during their listed office hours and it was locked up. The office girls didn't bother to send out a text or email for a notice. Half the time they didn't even post a note on the office door the reason they were closed. Over Christmas holidays the complex got a new management company and residents were told a few days before rent was due that we could only pay in person. I was out of town on a trip. You have to fog your apartment on your own (quarterly pest guy visit is useless) or you will get the BIG roaches. When my lease was up, they wanted to up my rent. For the month to month price they wanted to charge me, I got a lease at Ansley for the same price but twice the space and updated appliances. The biggest plus about Peppertree is the provided washer and dryer. That said, they don't clean out your dryer vents unless you directly ask. Shouldn't that be general maintenance that they keep up..? The complex is just old, the plumbing is a consistent problem, and nothing ever seems to get a permanent fix just patched up. You're better off renting next door.

The Quarters
Unsafe neighborhood, they'll charge you fees for everything, no parking, and don't leave valuables in your car because it will get robbed!Dog crap fills every green patch of grass and major repairs like the pool and gate were not repaired for weeks!

I've been renting here almost a year and have been happy. Kids enjoy it. Staff is very attentive. Only negative is we don't have washer and dryer hookups but onsite laundry facility is clean with newer units. Well worth the price

Have been living here for a couple of years and have not regretted it. Staff is very friendly and maintenance is always available if something is needed. I'm very happy here and recommend it to anyone looking for apt to rent.
