BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE of my life! Brought my Q50 for an oil change and software update. Was greeted by a representative car door-side. Went in and spoke with the representative. VERY professional and courteous. Service loaner pulled right up. I got back to the dealer a half hour early then completion. Enjoyed a coffee and a snack (all free) while waiting in the swanky waiting area. Very clean. Every person that walked by thanked me for my patronage and was genuine about it. When my car was finished i signed the appropriate paperwork and was walked to my car. I WAS SHOCKED. My car had been washed.....more like Detailed, Full tank of gas, all service reminders had been reset and the representative even opened the door for me! The most interesting part of it all was that I bought the car from Infiniti of Shreveport. They never asked me why and treated me AMAZINGLY. I enjoyed my buying experience from Shreveport, but Lafayette is closer to me for service. HIGHLY recommend this dealership and I will most likely buy my next Infiniti from them!

By far the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We drove all the way from Thomson GA to get a vehicle that we saw on line. The initial contact was very fast and when we got to the dealership we were pleased to find the vehicle was exactly what we expected. We decided to purchase the vehicle and it was totally hassle free. We didn't even have to do the leg work in our home state because they took care of it. The GA tax, tag, and registration were all taken care of for us. Not to mention everyone that we dealt with were super nice personable people. My husband and I both felt that we had made new friends. I would drive back to Louisiana again just to do business with these guys.

I have to say that normally I don't post online reviews, but my recent vehicle purchase at Hub City Ford was outstanding and hands down the best experience that I've encountered when buying a vehicle. The entire team that I worked with was very professional, informative and stayed well past the closing time just to get me into my vehicle that night. My salesman, Paul, was great guiding the entire purchase process, and regularly asked if I had any questions or concerns. He even paired my phone to the vehicle. I never once felt pressured during the whole transaction. Thank you for your service and care, I appreciate it very much!

Never have we been to Acadiana Dodge and not treated well. Regardless of getting service for our vehicle or purchasing a new one. The staff is always ready to check on any problem you may have or find who you want to speak with. Glen and Fidel always come to speak with us and see if they can assist us in any way possible. There is no other dealership that we have been treated this well. We have purchased used and new and our son has purchased new from Acadiana Dodge and we will continue to purchase our vehicles here. My credit rating got shot a few years back because of credit card bills. Anyway I finally got it sorted out but didn’t think anybody’s ever give me another loan again. I needed a car, and knew it would have to be a used one, but even then I couldn’t afford it. My buddy told me to go to this place since they supposedly were good at giving people loans. Alpha Automobile helped me figure out a budget and then matched me up with a car and set me up with a loan all in one visit (I started with the online forms). Thanks guys.

Working with Alpha Automobile was fantastic! they gave us great advice on the few models we were considering and whether we should buy or lease. Then they were able to get a much better price for our cars than we could have gotten on our own and negotiated great terms for us. It was super simple too. The day of we just drove our vehicles to their office, signed paperwork for about 30 minutes and then drove away with our new car. I just bought a chevy impala from Alpha Auto Sales and i love my car. I didnt know where to go or what to get but after looking around for a little while, I felt more than comfortable at Alpha. Not only were they nice to me, they were also very respectful. They didnt treat me like just another customer. They made me feel like a friend. Even the finance manager, Mr. Wilson, was so nice.
