This place truly deserves a 0. Ordered a sectional that arrived defective. The sectional not only had major scuff marks and missing fabric, but some of the cushions were a completely different style/size! Tried to get a replacement but they said the replacement would be 10 weeks minimum (if at all). They tried to get me to select and buy a different sectional, but I would have to pay the price difference, even if it was only a couple hundred dollars. They refused to throw in any sort of price reduction/incentive for my trouble. If I were to order the replacement, which might not come in for months (I really appreciated their lack of knowledge/transparency with their supplier), I would have to return the defective sectional currently in my home. So I would have nothing to sit on for 10+ weeks minimum. Nah, I'm good. In addition to the above, the managers were equal parts rude and clueless. I even had one manager say he forgot about my issue and didn't remember! Stay far, far away.

I have made several purchases from Home Furniture over the years. Blair Christ is a professional and personal salesman. He is very attentive and always greets me when I walk into the store on Johnston Street. I want to comment Stephanie in customer service. I had a small issue with a purchase. She contacted me (promptly) and made arrangements to address the issue. It was taken care of in a timely manner. From Sales to Service, Home Furniture receives and A+. I really hope someone from their organization reads this review.

Best Purchase and Quality Merchandise.we purchased of 18,000 for our new house andeverything went very smooth. I guess nobodywill post good veviews, just overblown bad reviews!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AN TIME! Never Never purchase from this place i had broken mirror, two broken drawers, missing hardware,scratches. It has now been a month since i reported these problems still no new parts not to mention they are so unprofessional i have to call them for updates because they don't call us. i am so disgusted with them i wish they would come get their trash out my house.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible Customer Service!!!!!!! I bought a bed and couch from Rooms to Go about two weeks ago. The bed came damaged, got a new one delivered that broke a week later and was then told it would take 2 weeks for them to send someone to look at it. Luckily, I complained to the right people and a new bed is coming in a week. The sectional couch was delivered with the wrong pieces and I'm getting the run around on who I should talk to about getting it corrected. After a lot of money spent, and countless hours of waiting for the furniture, I will NEVER again shop at any Rooms to Go Store. ALSO!!! Make sure if you decide to shop there (I suggest your don't, but incase you do) MAKE SURE you look at everything they are charging you for on the receipt. The salesman tried to upgrade our couch with warranties and an upgraded mattress for the sofa sleeper, and many other things, without even asking if we wanted these upgrades. He just "assumed" we wanted them.

Wrong couch. And they sent a probable ex-con into my house who verbally assaulted me. I almost had to call the cops but I was scared he would kick my a** if I did.

All around horrible place. Over priced, shady sales associates, and even worse management. I purchased 7000 dollars worth of bedroom furniture I was told was"high end" to later discover that it was compressed wood made in china. The delivery guys broke the bed when assembling it, which was not replaced. A year later I purchased an additional night stand ( after relocating to houston I discovered no one in Texas sells this cheap name brand I over paid for). When I purchased the night stand it came boxed up; when I got home 4 hours later and unpacked it the night stand doesn't match the furniture. After the 10th phone call to speak to the manager he told me to bring it back for store credit and didnt even offer to find one that would match.... Never again... Lafayette has too many quality furniture stores for this place to even be in business.

My husband and I ordered a sectional July 4th. We were told we would receive it in 30 days. It is now 60 days later and we still have not received and they can't tell us where it is. Not only that, within those 60 days they would just keep telling us that they would look into it and then call us and we never got a call back. We called 4 times and always got the same answer. We finally went in to actually speak with the manager and at this point wanting an inconvenience discount of some sort and once again they said they would look into it and call us. 1 week later, still no call. Today I went in once again to speak to the manager and he said that he would have to speak to the owner about a discount. I then asked about the fact that we paid for the sectional with our credit card and haven't paid the balance off yet because we don't have the item yet so we are accruing interest and to maybe see if we can finance with them instead and he said he would have to ask. He walked out the office to apparently go get the owner (Jasper). Jasper came into speak with us and approached us very aggressively. He said there was absolutely nothing he could do. He proceeded to tell us that our salesperson no longer works for them and that the salesperson fed us the wrong time limit on when we would receive the sectional. He could not give us an inconvenience discount nor waive the shipping fee saying that the shipping fee was because it was coming from another warehouse. I made the point that no matter whether we ordered the sectional or bought the floor model there would still be a shipping fee to deliver to our house. He then acted like he was fed up with the conversation and said he would waive the shipping fee. Once again I cannot stress enough how aggressive he was with us. He kept threatening that if we decided to cancel our order that there would be a 25% restocking fee. (Of an item that we nor they have by the way.) At this point we still have no information on where our sectional is or when we will be getting it. Worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company I have ever had to deal with.
