Fast Track Wash & Lube
DON'T go to this car wash. I brought my car and a truck to be cleaned. They are extremely rude and inappropriate. I had to rewash my car after because they did such a poor job. They are also thieves. The truck had a big bag full of quarters in the console and over half the quarters in the bag were gone. I guess someone took it upon themselves to give themselves a very nice tip!

Take 5 Oil Change
My oil was changed and I was impressed with my experience until the technician caught me off guard and threw in the offer to change my coolant. He said it was $10 off then when I agreed to it, ran off to do it before I realized the job was $70 total after the $10 off was applied. At that point it was too late to change my mind. A different technician approached me and in the most condescending way asked me if I understood the price and what was being done. He asked me if they were going to get an angry phone call from my parents since I seemed young and that apparently happened often. I'm a married woman approaching my mid twenties and had a two year old in my back seat. Overall misleading and disrespectful service. Do not recommend at all. Especially if you "appear young".

Moss Motors
My step dad just bought a car from these guys that was on the "certified pre-owned lot" with a certified preowned sticker. He gets it on the highway and it's rattling his brains out. So he brings it back and they supposedly fix the issue. Brings it back on the road and it still rattles. Brings it back and they chew up his hubcaps on a brand new mercedes, then tell him he doesn't have a certified preowned even though the dang sticker is still onthe car! "The salesman messed up". They didn't align the vehicle properly but put it on the lot as a certified preowned vehicle. He's flabbergasted. They then try to CHARGE him for the messed up work they didn't do the first two times. My mouth was agape as my mom was telling me this. Then they tried to SELL him a extended warranty. He took it to another car place and had them look it over and the guys said it was ok, just not aligned properly. The guy at the tire shop tells him that Moss Motors is famous for that, he gets people in all the time that their service department messes up. Needless to say if you buy a new car you'll prolly be ok, but then at some point youll have to take it to their abysmal service department. Just go the extra mile to batom rouge and avoid this dishonorable company

Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
