My husband & I purchased a sectional & in the first 6 months the chase became painful to sit on & on 1 side of sofa you sit down & you would lean to the center. $1500 and warranty. They have replaced the cushions twice & sent repair to my home 2 months ago. They said nothing wrong just needs new cushions. Repair person also told me he had purchased a piece of furniture there recently & he too was having issues even calling it disposable furniture. I am still waiting to hear about the next step. 1 person says we should replace it for you another says needs new cushions. It's just myself & husband. I pray I hear something soon. Have left numerous messages with zero calls back!

Without doubt the poorest customer service on the planet. Bought a table and chair set from star furniture in Lafayette in in December was cleaning the dining room slid the table to vacuum under it when leg broke off returned for warranty service that was in may still have not repaired or replaced it was just called and informed that the repair parts expected mid June. Third time they have reset repair time meanwhile they have discontinued the table so their warranty is totally bs and I recommend anyone considering doing business there, look elsewhere

My husband and I purchased a sectional here and we also got the protection plan for an extra $100. We usually don't buy protection plans because we take really great care of our home. However, this sales lady said these exact words "it covers everything." And she went into detail saying they would replace the whole couch if needed. But again, we spent an extra $100 because this lady told us "it covers everything." Anyways, after about a year and a half, this couch started falling apart. Broken springs, fabric ripping, etc ..stuff that only happens to cheap furniture and we paid $1000 for the sectional. So we went ahead and filed a claim with the replacement plan to fix the springs and tears in the fabric. In all their paperwork, they mentioned strict deadlines which everything needed to be filed by.. so I adhered. Long story short, it took them TWO MONTHS to process my claim and the end result was that they were not going to fix it because the "type of damages are not included under the protection plan.. This plan that I quowe was supposed to "cover everything." Don't buy from this store. They just want to make money and don't care about customer service and making a good name for themselves.

I have made a purchase at this company and the wait time is 10+ weeks for my couch to arrive. I am giving 3 stars at the moment and will update when i finally get my couch and see what it looks like. They do have an excellent selection of furniture. The service staff allow you to browse uninterrupted but seemed annoyed when they had to write up my order. As for the time frame I still can't see why it would take 10 weeks even if they build it custom for me.

They do not know what is the meaning of customer sevice! They messed up my order for a 3,000 order. They wanted to charge me a higher price that just because they messed up on their part! DON'T EVER COME HERE! They don't care about your business they lost a sale because of an error they made! VERY UNPROFFESIONAL!
