I lived here 6 years and through the years maintenance and service has gone down hill. they say internet access .. we haven't had internet access in about 2 years ... they make many promises and don't follow through. .. they replace my floor due to a leak and its in two big slap with a gab ,... been told it will be correct its been over a year ... its just been getting so bad... I been waiting for change to happen

Be very careful when deciding to occupy a rental from Nicole ,Owner. I assumed she had been reporting my rent payment's. But come to find out I received a letter and a visit from a new realtor to collect from me 20,000 dollars in back rent! of course i have my proof of payments. The interesting thing the homeowner has no transaction of deposits or payments from Nicole. They have yet to receive any proof I paidand where the homeowner money is. Last i heard from new realtor, Nicole owner of investment solution has yet to come up with all tenants reports. And I have received a letter from the Bureau of REALTY she is now under investigation. GOOD LUCK NICOLE,YOU ARE GOONNA NEED IT! KARMA HAS ARRIVED ...messing with hard working people's money and livelihood is never good.

I've been a tenant here at the Wolf Water Place in La Quinta, CA for 3 years now, everything has been okay and the property has always been well maintained. The downfall is then new staff they have working in the office, not pleasant people to work with. Just plain rude and unprofessional employees. i just continue to obey the wolf water rules and live my life, but could be overwhelming at times when you have an unorganized staff.

This is a letter I wrote to the managers regarding my recent experience at this restaurant. If you are not hispanic be very careful what you say to the staf or in our case what you don't say. Tonight my husband and I went to your restaurant. We had ordered a few drinks in the bar. Your M.O.D. approached us and accused my husband of being racist and speaking Spanish to your waitress and we were thrown out. Number one my husband does not speak Spanish at all, the only thing he knows how to say is check please and he only uses that when we're in Mexico. We were wrongly accused of being racist and believe me you have messed with the wrong person. Your staff can not wrongly accuse someone of being racist and get away with it. This was a very embarrassing moment for myself, my husband and the couple we were with. Sandra and Bo handled this matter very poorly. And believe me, we will never return and neither will any of our friends. The end result is not a good one. We will never go back and never recommend this place again. Dining out with friends is supposed to be an enjoyable experience and this was the worst experience I have ever had. My husband and I eat out everynight and this is the first time we have ever been treated like this. Brett, the GM finally returned my call and attacked me. He would not listen to me and he accused me of calling his hispanic bartender a jew. My question is why would I and what's wrong with being Jewish. Please don't go there. You will regret you ever waisted your time.
