    I purchased a BMW from these guys in early 2005. I came back later that friday night with my cashiers check and was waiting for someone to come and drive one of the 2 cars back to my house. I was promised the car would be detailed and when I arrived to pick it up, I can say it looked better than some brand new cars. My ride called and said he couldn't make it. The 2 guys working there could have went home and I am sure wanted to, as it was a friday night. Instead one gave me a ride back to my house (18 miles away).



    The service was beyond what I would have received at a dealer. Every year I have my car detailed at this place, because of their service. It is now August 13 2008 and I called tonight to ask about detailing and once again they remember me, make of car, and color. They were able to get me and another car I own scheduled this week.



    To this day, I have done regular maintenace on the car and only one out of the ordinary problem had come about, which I had repaired. There are few if any new cars that ever go that long, and this was used. I highly doubt you get this kind of service at the dealer.

    As we were purchasing our car from these guys, I asked about a spare key and the keyless entry. Their salesman said, "No problem, I'm sure it's at the toyota dealer still." (whom they purchase the car) I called and called and called for over two months... and everytime I called it was some excuse like the Toyota guys never called me back, or I was out, or I was sick. Let me call you back in 5 minutes, he'd say... then never called me back. I believe he thought I would just go away, but finally got tired of my persistance and told me the key and keyless entry are not at the toyota dealer, but said he would call around and find a good deal. Of course never called back. I called around and the toyota dealer wanted 160 for each keyless entry and 120 to program it. Luckily I found a place on ebay that sold be 2 for 35 and free programming. Unfortunately I can't find a spare key for under 150, but at least I found that deal on the keyless.

    All Speedway had to do was me honest and straight forward with me and I would have been fine with the answer... but because of they're typical salesman approach and lack of integrity I'm giving them 2 stars only because I like the car I purchased from them.
