YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

It used to be that you passed right by Prause Market on the way from Austin to House. Even then, it was easy to miss. And ever since the state diverted Highway 71 away from downtown La Grange, it's likely that a lot of people who pride themselves on their Texas barbecue knowledge don't even know the place exists. It's a meat market, okay? You get your brisket and sausage on paper plates with a couple of decent sides. Splash the vinegary hot sauce on the meat and let that smoky, slippery, fatty beefiness overtake you. Almost makes going to Houston bearable.

We visited the town and ate here on a Saturday night. The carne asada was almost fork-tender, the pico de gallo and salsas were wonderfully seasoned, and the margaritas were not watered-down. I don't think I've ever had a better $12 steak, and some more expensive places weren't even as good as this. The service was fair, a table was rickety so we moved, and the tablecloths were a bit worn and scratchy. This is the place to go for good food, not necessarily atmosphere, but the food is really good!

Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

My family has been going to Lukas since I was a little girl (30+ years that I know of). It was always a special roadtrip we all looked forward to. The people are friendly. The prices are great. The piggies, kolaches, bread and peanut butter cookies are my favorites!!\r \r Just recently when my sisters found out I was volunteering for the MS150, all the great memories of Lukas piggies came back for all of us and they ALL wanted me to take their orders and deliver the goods!!! I didn't make it to the bakery, but I can't stop thinking about it, so I'll have to gladly make a special road trip soon!!\r \r Thank you, Lukas!!! You're the best!
