Motel 6 Knoxville Tn
Phone charger wouldn't stay in outlets, no smoking sign had been taken of door, cigarette burn on chair and side of tub in a no smoking room, and I saw a roach.

Arrow Motel
This place is infested with bed bugs, I was constantly being bit. I'd have to sleep with long sleeves and pants on and most of the time that didn't even stop them from biting. The bathroom had black mold that was growing everywhere and the sink was constantly backing up. The A/C unit never worked properly either...ALL of the issues listed above were brought to the managements attention and they were made aware, however nothing was ever done about any of it. I couldn't wait to leave this place! The "management" is a complete joke.

Royal Inn & Suites
It is a clean, quiet & affordable small motel, close to downtown & campus. Well maintained fresh remodel & paint inside and out. Pleasant experience!

Inn of Knoxville
I would not give thus place a half ★. Me and my hubby stayed here three night and had people knocking on our door up to 3 and 4 in the morning. Then when we checked out the owner told us it was probably friends we met out there. He has 3 different room he rents to folks that are peddling drugs in plain sight and will not do nothing about it. Horrible place.

A ++hotel in a west Knoxville area near to the UT and Knoxville Farragut Area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are cozy. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast was super , good quality food and at a reasonable price. Thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay.

Had an enjoyable stay after a full day of driving. Breakfast was better than expected and gave us a good start for our next full driving day to Tx. Comfortable bed, quiet room and just what we needed.

We only stayed one night but the Excellent Service we received at check-in made the stay. My mom and I had excellent service from Brandon when we checked in. When we told him we were planning to do some Shopping at the Turkey Creek shops, he gave us, without us having to ask, a map of the stores, he highlighted the route from the hotel to the shops and and recommend and highlighted a place for us to have dinner, which we did dine at. We had stayed here a few years ago while passing through and they have done major updates to the hotel. The location is great, it's right off the highway, it's close to food and shopping, but not on a busy street, and if you hadn't seen the full lot, you would never have known that it was that full, because it was quiet. The next time we are in the area we will be staying here again.

I have a very sick little pup and had to stay overnight in Knoxville while he was being watched at UT Vet Hospital. When I booked the hotel - I didn't realize how far out it was. I just read Knoxville/West and figured it would be around West Town Mall area. This is my fault and I was in a hurry to pack, book a hotel and get my dog to Knoxville. The guy at the front desk was very friendly! I booked for 2 nights because I work remotely and needed the internet all day Monday. UT wound up releasing my dog Monday afternoon so I left. I knew I wouldn't get a refund on that night, but I was okay with that because of how much it cost and the fact that I did use the room/internet all day until about 5pm.The internet signal was great (which was very important). There were plenty of channels to watch on the tv and the rooms have been nicely updated (well everything but that horrible print - but hey - that's just an opinion lol). They have a very nice pool area too. I was right by the pool entrance and there were people using the pool rather late - but was able to ignore them with a fan that I purchased at the nearest walmart. I need white noise and hotel rooms are usually just too quiet for my taste anyways. The breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. Packaged pastries, toast, bagels, cereal and a waffle station, and rather good coffee (with itty bitty cups) - nothing spectacular, but enough to fuel some energy for the work day, pick up the pup and for the 2.5 hour drive back to Nashville.

Quality hotel. Good A/C, comfy beds, everything clean. Updates were great & good TV channel selection. Would definitely stay again.

My truck was in the shop and I stayed here 2 nights. From the shuttle driver to front desk staff to owners and their kids. Simply the nicest group of people. My room was right in front of the pool. Lots of people in it yet the noise was minimal. Room was clean. Bathroom clean. Will be back if in the area for sure!
