I have stayed for 9/2-9/3/2017.They have bedbug and dirty stain on sheetWhen you stay, carefully find it.
Love this brand-new Hampton Inn in Knoxville. Conveniently located, friendly staff and the rooms are pristine.
I stayed here with my husband, he went to do laundry and someone stole two pairs of my underwear that live in 210. My husband also forgot he left his charger in the laundry room 110. That was stolen too. My husband looked at the cameras so he knew who did it. My husband also asked for more towels and such. They denied him of towels and etc. We didnt not get reimbursed for any stolen items. Do not stay here, save your money and stay home or another hotel. This place is disgusting. Dirty and not well maintenanced. Really do yourself a favor and do not stay here.. It wouldn't let me post this without a star. I personally give them 0 stars!
The name and the address issue have been resolve. What you see on the page is correct. ThanksManager
Outdated room with broken fixtures, no light bulbs and dirty bathroom. Shower curtain was ripped off the wall, cigarette burns in the bedding, and pillows were tore in places. I do not recommend this hotel.
We stayed here had bed bugs there was also people doing drugs and drinking the owner is not nice at all.don't stay here.
For the room, the rate was good.
Great place to stay! The mini suites are excellent as are the amenities. Close to great eats/bars too. I've stayed here over 40 nights so far in 2013. My home away from home when my company has me in TN..
I love the suites here. Very roomy. The standard rooms are marginal. Great location close to lots of good eats and hangouts. I've probably stayed here 50 nights in the past 2 years.
This hotel is not located on Chapman Highway, but is north of Knoxville, off highway 75. The operator said there is no Scottish Inn on Chapman Highway.
