HORRIBLE!!!!����THEY ARE SO UNDESRVING OF THE 1 STAR. DISGUSTING EXCUSES FOR HUMAN BEINGS....I have no clue why they are even in this business of compassion or even offering funeral services to any family not even to dogs. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMPASSION, NO REMORSE FOR THE DECEASED, NEITHER THEIR LOVED ONES. THEY ARE ALSO THE DEFINITION OF EXTREMELY GREEDY. It infuriates me to even think about the stress and hell that they have caused and put my family through, at a time when my family and I should have been focusing on grieving. My fathers remains were suppose to be shipped back to the Cayman Islands after he passed away in Orlando. As if his death wasn't hard on us, this mess of a funeral home added even more to it (FUNERARIA SAN JUAN). After arrangements were made for repatriation these inconsiderate people called to say that they were going to cremate my father. Can you imagine getting a phone call early in the morning to hear that someone was going to cremate your loved one??? I wish they would have cremated my father so that I could have cremated them and their company by suing them for every penny that have, just to shut them down. After several attempts to speak to the owner to report the awful treatment and customer service this prove to be fruitless and a waste of time. THEY ARE GREEDY and have no compassion for anyone but God don't sleep nor slumber and he sees everything. I wish I could rate you -100 stars.i would never ever recommend this joke of a place to anyone. The only thing that I would tell people is to NOT USE YOU OR YOUR SERVICES.

It's hard to Believe that I didn't check on this company before my grandmother had made her arrangements. who would've known that this company would've done what they did to us in now they claim that the people that I need to talk to you Are on vacation. What kind of answer is that when love ones are calling to check on the status of paperwork for cremation and were told by the front desk that she's ready to be picked up where is there u what kind of answer is that when love ones are calling to check on the status of paperwork for cremation and were told by the front desk that "she's ready to be picked up where is there urn? " almost like if it was a child on daycare. This funeral home told us that it will take 10 business days for the procedure to be done and we express how we wanted to see our love one before they got cremated they told us not a problem but we never got a call until I called. Ashes were sitting in an office for six days without us getting any calls or any updates about anything in the worst part is that we never got to see our love one one more time as we requested. Please please take your business elsewhere.

This funeral home and funeral director Araceli, is the most insensitive, uncaring and money hungry people I have ever come across. The reason you go to a place like this is to make arrangements for someone you've lost, someone you love. Well this director didn't care about that, she even raised her voice to tell us that she was not willing to give us a 45 minute family i.d instead of 30 min, if you can't fine, but at least explain it with more sympathy, don't raise your voice and say no I'm not doing it!!!!, please if you love the person that passed do not give them your business
