I live in the Marquis at Kingwood and I am forced to use this company for my cable and satellite services. This is the WORST company to work with. If you have a choice DO NOT PICK THEM.

Horrible customer service!! 3 employees on duty clearly wasting time chatting it up and left me and another guy standing there. After 10 minutes, one decided to rudely advise me that there were 2 people ahead of me and that it would be AT LEAST 20-30 minutes. It was crystal clear they wanted us both to leave. I obliged and will definitely take my business where it will be valued.

I have lived in Kingwood for nearly five years now, before Suddenlink wasn't that bad. Decent speed and everything. But over the past few years, it has gotten horrible. What's sad is Suddenlink does not care and doesn't need to care considering there are no competitors in Kingwood! If there were, Suddenlink would be out of business in an instant.

They bait and switch with your internet contract and their internet is getting worse not better. Nowhere on their site do they mention their extreme limitations on internet data. You sign up for the 10-15 MB internet and they limit you to 250 GB a month. When you call to see why (they used to not have a limitation) you are about to be turned off, they say you can upgrade to 30 mb connection for an additional $20 (nearly doubling the fee) and only give you 100 gb more data. I though the internet was supposed to be getting better not worse. Suddenlink is ripping people off in Kingwood and we need a competitor. When one comes along I'm jumpoing ship!

Suddenlink can't deliver. Their cable TV service in Kingwood, TX is a bust. The screen pixilates, tiles. The image goes haywire and then goes out of sync with the sound. After repeated service calls over a year, they seem incapable of solving the problem. The only thing that works 100% is my check. Avoid Them.
