YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Food was great, but service was mediocre. It wasn't great but, it wasn't bad. Servers are nice and helpful. The only reason I rated a four is because the service was slow.

Daily Bread is a wonderful addition to our community and the restaurant appeals to out of towners also. I actually know Johnson City residents who drive to Kingsport just to eat there. And I have out of state relatives who make Daily Bread a must whenever they are visiting. Not only do the owners make most of the food fresh and on site, they do so with mostly organic ingredients. The hand carved meats will spoil you, I can no longer enjoy a sandwich made with deli meat. One of my favorite dishes has been the Pecan-Crusted Trout, which is only available when they have fresh, local trout. And the sides are some of the best macaroni salad, potato salad and cole slaw you can find. No, it isn't your Mama's recipe but it is delicious. I have only sampled a few of the desserts because I don't have enough self control to stop with just a few bites; but the coconut cake, cheesecakes, muffins and the divine cannolli are excellent and freshly made. There are specialty Italian cookies shipped in from New York that are hard to find in this area and the owners are very honest and upfront about what is made on site and what isn't. If you check the menu on here and don't see anything that appeals to you, still consider giving Daily Bread a try. They have daily specials based on whatever fresh ingredients are available that day. The menu is only half the story of the great food you can find here.

A great place to have a relaxed breakfast. Food is very good, especially the biscuits. Southern cooking at its best. Walls are decorated with antique ads and household products. The country store has variety of interesting stuff.
