Tire Kingdom
Had a flat tire and they were able to fix it alright (so far so good). However, I believe courtesy needs to be improved. The employee had an attitude and it seemed he was doing me a favor since the moment I arrived. I gave my flat tire, and he told me “he’d call to let me know”. When I asked for a proof to attest I was leaving my tire with them (nothing personal, companies make you sign disclaimers/papers to cover their backs, why can't costumers do the same?), he seemed offended (why would I ask for a proof I left my flat tire in the hands of a complete stranger? how daring of me!). I left without a proof, having no choice but to trust the rude guy. They called me the very same day right before closing time to let me know my tire was ready to pick it up. When I arrived, they were almost leaving. Had to ask them to install my tire (they just wanted to deliver it). Moreover, when I commented about the guy being rude, another employee said, he had been working since early morning. I felt like telling him: customers are not to blame for that, yet, I shut up, and left. I was happy I had the flat tire situation solved. In conclusion: giving the circumstances and urgency, the business provided adequate service, the price was also fair. Furthermore, employees were honest enough to suggest fixing the tire rather than buying a new one, nevertheless, courtesy and good customer service are important too.

Auto Pros
I started using Auto Pros after my husband passed away in 2010. They had not been opened very long when I took my car there the first time. My husband had always done our maintenance himself, so this was something new for me. I can't begin to tell you how great I was treated. I will not take my vehicles to anyone else. From oil changes, tires, rotations, alignments, brake jobs and much more they do it all.

Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
