My experience with the Kerrville Postal Service was surreal!
On May 9, I rec'd notice from them that attempted delivery of a routine Amazon package was not made because - "business closed." I am not a business; I am a private residence, & under my same name, same address for the last 13 years.
Next morning, tracking number in hand, I called the Kerrville Postal Service. A recorded voice said I would be connected with the next available Agent, then said I was being transferred to the Operator. I got a busy signal. This happened 6 phone calls in a row. On the 7th attempt, the Operator line was picked up but no one answered. I could hear people in the background, talking, moving things about but no one came to the phone. I kept saying "Hello ... Kerrville Post Office, will you answer please?" Out of curiosity, I held for a full 30 min. periodically saying 'Hello' when I could hear someone talking close by. The only logical explanation is that the phone was picked up & laid down immediately for the sole purpose of stopping its ringing.
After 30 min, I hung up and 3 more phone calls got me once again to the "Operator" open line. After saying 'Hello' x3, a man answered. He confirmed that my address is a residence, said he did not know why my package was not delivered, and that it would be sent out again today. His uninterested tone and rushed demeanor give me little hope. If it is not delivered today, I will need to go physically to the Post Office.
I am retired. What do very busy people do when they need service from the Kerrville Post Office? What do disabled people who cannot go personally to the plant do? It's a very strange way to run a business!

If I could rate them with negative numbers I would. They have given me horrible costumer service. They delivered a package that was supposed to be forwarded to a different address. It got lost now and they have done nothing to resolve the problem. It has been a full week. If I were you I would never mail anything through the Kerrville mail system or receive anything using USPS.

It is a combo of horrible and none for service.
Wow, you are right. There is no way to speak to anyone via phone, not even "ask USPS" now isn't that easy to confiscate packages for your own if they are from out of state.
I for one, will never, never go through USPS again.

This is, without question, one of the worst post offices in this nation. They cannot get anything right. Scheduled pickups are never picked up, leaving packages worth a lot of money sitting on your porch all day and sometimes all night. They cannot get simple forwards of your mail taken care of, either. The man and woman that you have to speak to on the phone are very unprofessional and never follow through. It is no wonder USPS is yet another government agency that is bankrupt. This post office needs to clean house of its lazy employees that refuse to do their jobs!

I am treasurer of my corporation. We had an address for a mailbox assigned to us by "someone" at the post office that we used for 5 months. Suddenly one day, our mail carrier left us a note telling us that this address was incorrect. We went to the P.O. and attempted to talk with someone to get this problem worked out. We made multiple trips, were never able to speak to anyone with authority, left phone numbers for supervisors who didn't call back. The following week we went through the same routine with the postmaster who also didn't have time to speak with us or return our calls. This post office is pathetic. We never got a solution. We had to return to using a P.O. Box rather than our mailbox. Very unhappy with the service or lack thereof.

Customers service sucks, I talked to severe managers, they did not contact me for updates on my complain, The managers there do not do a good job, very disappointing with the service they provided,
