When dealing with a "professional" landscaper, didn't think we would have to list every detail that needed to be done, especially basic services. We expected that when they put in a border they would put edging between it and the lawn to keep the grass from spreading where it isn't wanted. Also no protection was placed under the mulch to keep the weeds and grass from growing through it. That was very disappointing and now causes us to have to do a considerable amount of extra work on our part to fix it. Where grass was removed they spread grass seed very sporadically and used a broadleaf grass that is more like a weed or crabgrass instead of what should be found in a lawn. Hardscaping was done well and choice of planting material was good, just a lot of other little things that should be automatic from a landscaping service.
