YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

My family and I go on a small vacation every year and for the last several years we have been going to Timber Ridge in Lake Geneva. The prices are reasonable and the rooms are perfect for families on a budget. The rooms are nice sized and quite comfortable. They come with a good-sized kitchen and a separate bedroom with a locking door for mom and dad! The bedroom and living room both have a beautiful artificial heater fireplace. The room also had a full dining room table in it! One of our favorite things about this park is that is a well kept secret! It is never over-crowded. The park is not huge but perfect for our younger aged children. We ate dinner at Smokey's Bar-b-que House and the ribs were superb. The corn bread was also very good. The prices are a little high but we received a $50 voucher for the restaurant as part of our hotel package. The portions were perfect and our children really enjoyed it as well. The service at Smokey's Bar-b-que House was excellent as well. Another really nice thing about this resort is that everything is in walking distance. They also have a ski hill which we did not take advantage of but they have a trolley shuttle service to go back and forth from the hotel to the ski hill and we took advantage of this just to look at all the pretty scenery on their land. Every year it is the same driver and he is very friendly and makes our family feel so warm and he has a wonderful sense of humor. You really get the feeling that everyone that works here, truly loves their job!!! We have and definitely will return to Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark.

The previous writer is correct, there were some deaths on the Edge ride a while back at Six Flags. That is why it is no longer there. I believe that you take a risk in everything that you do but I have been going to Six Flags since I was a kid and I am now 37 years old and continue to go. I trust my own children to go on the rides but I am not saying that I don't worry. I trust that Six Flags does do inspections and will keep going and taking my kids.
