Panera Bread
My experience was OK at this Panera. There were just a few things the staff could work on. One thing being listening. I asked the cashier for a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant with egg whites. She responded with so you don't want cheese . She didn't ask me for my Panera card and she packaged my muffin I ordered to go even thou I said for here. When I got my sandwich there was no bacon. When I took a second look at my slip i was charger for just an egg and cheese but the girl on the production line was supper sweet and made me some bacon anyway and asked if I wanted a free pastry. I didn't but it was just the thought that counts. She was even on the headset with a different customer in the drive thru while she did all that so she was really good at multitasking, which made her seem like she was really good at her job. Eventually I had to go back to ask for a plate that fits in the microwave soni could warm muffin, so I went back to the register for a pastry plate. There was a long line but another cashier was really fast about getting me a plate. Overall because everyone was just so nice even the cashier that messed up my order I decided to give this place a three instead of a two in service. The food always gets a five so I guess that's a tour although it's more like a three point five because of the mistakes

Tom + Chee
Good food, good atmosphere and good people. Laura Hart always has a smile to share. If you're in the Kennesaw area, stop in for a tasty sandwich and a warm cup of tomato soup!
