The office staff is rude and will claim you owe money you do not. They send you to collections then refuse to tell you why you owe the money. They charged my debit card illegally. Even their bank reversed the charge. The collection agency dropped the claim because the rude staff at the office would not even work with them. Now I have a mark on my credit because of a bill I do not owe. The office refuses to explain the bills and they add money to the bill every time you contact them. I gave up contacting them and just explain the problem if anyone is concerned about the charge. They are taking people's money illegally. Stay away and NEVER sign anything or give them a credit or debit card.
I have had heel pain for many years. I stand on my feet at a store on hard floors every day, all day.
Dr Dixon and his staff really listened to me. They really cared what I was feeling.
The office is small and nice. It is easy to get to.
My heel pain is so much better I just about hugged the girl as I left the office the last time.
Go and see this guy, you will not regret it.
I had a rash on my feet for about 5 years. It itched like crazy. I used everything on it including some things in my mothers medicine cabinet. Nothing worked.
I went to see Dr Dixon one time and he knew just what it was and prescibed some ointment and did some scraping and it was gone within one week.
I can wear sandles again.
Thank you Dr Dixon
I have had problems with athletes foot for as long as I can remember. I saw this doctor one time and he took one look and new how to treat it. He told me that it would take up to 3 weeks, but 10 days later it was all gone. I am the happiest guy alive. I can show my feet to my girlfriend again.
I love this doctor. He is an excellect surgeon. I have had pain in my big toe for as long as I can remember. He sat down and spoke with me directly about the options. Surgery was my best option. He told me what to expect and the front office told me how much my bill would be. I am 8 weeks out from surgery and my toe is perfect. I have no more pain or trouble fitting in shoes. I can work again without pain.
I can understand the confusion that some of the other comments have posted. Insurance these days is confusing.
The doctor saw me right away, the same day.
I needed an injection.
They verified my benefits for me and told me what I would need to pay ahead of time.
I am a medical billing person and I confirmed what they said and they were right.
I decided to have the injection and it has worked perfectly. I have had no pain since then.
The doctor was nice and did not speak over my head.
I would highly recommend him.
I think the prior posts are from ignorant people.
I only had to see this doctor a couple of times to get full relief from my terrible heel pain. He explained everything very easily and showed me pictures of the problem.
He is also very cute.
I don't know what the other negative comments are referring to.
This is an excellent surgeon and caring physician.
I was actually able to see the doctor and not the PA or nurse.
I had no problems with the billing department because I actually paid what I owed.
If any of the others bothered to read the financial agreement it clearly states the rules which are more reasonable than many other doctors I have seen.
My foot looks great after surgery and I am thinking of having my other side done.
Front office rude, unhelpful in checking why there was a $105.00 additional charge on my bill. They sent the charge to a collection agency which when asked what wa the charge for they told me to call Dr.Dixon's office which I did and they said to ask the collection agency. The agency (which is not listed with the Georgia Secretary of State. Then sent it to the credit breau.
The front office is rude, they overcharged and will do nothing about ,they used my credit card without my consent.I went in for numbness in my toe and was charged over 1,000. On the insurance claim the diagnosis was a sprained ankle.
