Terrible customer service, the tech complained that he had to keep coming back and took the company stickers off the unit so the next owners would not call for service. He refused to call the owner of the town home to let them know what was done during the service call. Repeatedly rude and showed very poor customer service. Had to call another company the next day to repair his work.

I made several attempts to schedule an appointment for duct cleaning, and never received a call back. You offer online appointment scheduling, did that and no confirmation. Then I call office twice, and was told the duct cleaning coordinator would call me back, it has been 2 days now. Poor business practices!!!

Your company installed my 1st Rheem HVAC system in March. I had my 2nd Rheem HVAC system installed yesterday and today. Your installation team of David and Marshall did such a great job on the 1st system that I specifically asked for them on the 2nd system installation.I wanted to personally thank you for the effort and professionalism of your team. These guys are great and the installation quality was absolutely perfect. I spent a lot of money on both systems as most people do, but after seeing the quality of the installation services I can clearly see that it was money well spent. Even things that were not a part of my work scope like resealing ducts, just to be sure my new systems run at 100% were tackled by the techs.Additionally, your sales/project manager Peter was outstanding also. I greatly appreciate all the time and effort they took with me in deciding the best systems for both projects. You have a truly outstanding team at INAIR! Feel free to use me as a reference! Thanks again for such great work!

Our kitchen faucet lost hot water pressure and we had a new one installed by some one we knew. This made zero difference, so we called InAir. Corey quickly pinpointed the culprit and It was just a stuck valve...we only wish we called InAir first! Anyway, some $120 later all worked great and we finally had our hot water back! I guess it never fails to call the professionals if you want to get things done right the first time and save your cash.

InAir Heating & Air Conditioning
I called two hvac companies to get estimate on replacing my outside air conditioner. Inair won in my book and not because of their fair pricing, but because of their honesty and genuine interest to save me money. whaaaat? I'm an automotive service writer and I can sure recognize what's real when it comes to replacing and/or repairing things. Inair tech was to the point, explaining what I need and what I don't need.....as a result, he replaced a dual valve in my heat pump and my unit is working like new again. Thanks not selling me more than I needed!!

Run the other way! Came to repair my heat pump and instead of replacing the valve they cut it out and welded the tubing together. I found this out when I had estimates for a new unit and 3 companies pointed out the valve was missing. The part was under warranty and they charged me $300 for this botched job. Also, they are the ones who installed the heat pump which lasted less than 10 years and had many problems. It turned out that it was the kind of unit usually put in a trailer, but they had assured me it was a good unit. Right! In that time it had 2 repairs before it finally died. The whole stack where the air handler was almost fell down. The return stack next to it fell away from the air handler and I had to tape it together so air didn't hemorrhage into my unheated basement. Frankly it was a nightmare. Just go to a good company and have the job done right. I thought I was saving money and ended up paying much more in repairs, time, and electric bills in the end.

Burton Heating & Air Conditioning Services
BEWARE! The owner of this company, David, performed a general check of my AC unit, did not properly secure the wiring back in the control box, caused the wiring to short out and created a fire hazard. My house could have burnt down! I had to pay another company over $200 to fix his screw up. And needless to say he admits to no wrong doing. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!
Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
