Crescent City Iron Security Door and Fence
The worse company i have ever dealt with. If you are looking for someone to disappoint you, then you have found the one. Paid for my product and i owed him a $100.00 and he delivered 10 month later, he will not answer your phone call. I called him about 25 times a month / leave a message, he may call me back once. I call another number , the person contacted him, He call me back and curse me out and told me not to call that number. He delivered the doors because he wanted the balance of his money. All the window/ i had to go and pick them up. The last two was really bad ; if you can only see the quality of the work, I am too tired to take him to court. This has been a exalting 10 month.
Tips & Advices
Homeowners should work with a fencing contractor who is certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations, including American Fence Association or the North American Fence Contractors Association.
If a contractor requires an immediate decision, asks you to pay cash or doesn't provide an estimate.
  • Ask for portfolio examples
  • What's their reputation?
  • Is the work guaranteed?
  • Is there a warranty?
With exposure to the sun and the elements, wood fences are prone to cracking, warping and cupping. homeowners are encouraged to clean, seal and stain their fence at least every three years. Clean the fence with a specially formulated cleaner. After 15 to 20 minutes, use a pressure washer to remove any mold, mildew and debris from the fence. Then seal and stain the fence to protect it. An oil stain is recommended, as it penetrates the material and can maintain its condition for years.
Homeowners may use soap and water to clean off these materials, but they generally don't require much more than that. These options can be good for those that want a sturdy but low-touch fence.
