Pacific Pools has always gone above and beyond for us. They add the personal touch and care about us as a customer. Jeanette, our pool tech, is phenomenal! She makes a point to ensure our gate is locked every single time so our dogs won't get out!

NOT SATISFIED!On 6/1/15 Pacific Pools installed LED color lights in my pool and spa. Prior to the installation my expectations and requirements were outlined and documented. However Pacific Pools acknowledged that the lights they installed were not consistent with these expectations or requirements and therefore would never be used. Given the issues with the installation I chose a more experienced company to remove the lights and replace them. They were returned to Pacific Pools but I was later billed for the entire amount of the lights. I ended up having to pay an amount to settle the dispute that greatly exceeded the labor charges for the light installation. I would not recommend Pacific Pools for installation of lights or equipment replacement or repairs based on my experiences with them.

Sink or Swim Pools
I have been using this pool company for 1 1/2 years. Wonderful service. I would highly recommend Jacob and his staff. I used 2 other companies before sink or swim that I was not happy with. The pool looks beautiful! If there are any concerns or problems Jacob always calls me back the same day or shows up to see whats going on and takes care of it immediately.

They fixed a Polaris for our rental the same day, which was huge as we are absentee owners who live 250 miles away from the property!

Wow! Disappointed in lack of customer service.Last 3 weeks no one has cleaned my pool. They have kept up on chemicals but it is full of leaves and dead algae. Trish in their office informed me today that I need to participate in cleaning my pool even though I pay them to do it! That;s awesome! You're fired :)

We hired them for biweekly then weekly service from April. Our water was cut off in May which we found out later from the utility company, we received a message from Bob in the month of mid July saying that our water is cut off for many weeks. My husband called him to ask, for how long did he see that the pool water was not filling the water,he said 2 week.Further we asked what service they perform for two weeks in July,we did not receive any answer. Instead he informed us that-we should be thankful for him bending over backwards for cleaning our pool.My husband asked politely if he had been compensated for his services and apologized if it looked like we were upset with him.On the call,the end he said-well if you want us to clean your pool let us know.He sounded absolutely rude and expects his customers to be thankful for the service he provides.I don't expect this tone,especially when I am paying for his services!By this point we had already paid for July. They are liars & conartists

I had my pool remodeled by Gateway Pool Service and they did the complete job in 5 days and 5 days of brushing we are enjoying the pool and have only experienced nothing but positive results I have recommended there service to many of our friends. Our best friend used them and had the same experience.

Bob came out bi-weekly during the winter months to treat my pool. Each month I noticed brown staining on thee bottom of my pool. Now it is spring and I have a lot of stain. When I questioned Bob about the stains he suggest I have the pool acid washed or re- plastered. He quoted my $3,400. I took a sample of the water to be tested to find the chemicals were all off balance . When I called Bob to inform him of my findings. He politely suggest that I find someone else to service my pool. Now I have to find another company to correct his mess. I can't belie he left me hanging like this. . He and Trish seem so nice.

I would not recommend Gateway Pools for any service! We had our tile/plaster redone 10 months ago. my mistake was paying in full before the job was finished. Getting calls returned or service after the final payment was almost impossible. We are not satisfied with the plaster and have been told by the manager that it is OUR fault. He stated he would fix the poor workmanship for an additional $600. Gateway pools is a company ONLY interested in the money - not customer satisfaction!
