Down Mechanical
I’ve used Dale three times now, and he was able to see me the same day I called. The first time I had a refrigerant leak. The second time a fan motor needed replaced. Both times he was able to fix the issue on the same day. A few months later, the fan motor that was installed inadvertently had the wire insulation wear and shorted out to the compressor tubing, leaking all of the refrigerant. He fixed the hole, added refrigerant, shield all wires, even checked my other AC unit as a preventative measure. Dale took full responsibility since he installed the fan motor. I disagreed, the unit has been running for a few months since he last serviced it; I thought it was fair I’d at least cover his time and material costs. After all, contractually speaking this is considered consequential damages that far exceed the motor replacement costs. Dale would not take my money. Bottom line, Dale is HONEST and FAIR, always responsive, efficient, and reasonably priced.

Finally found a trustworthy, honest, and professional A/C service. We previously contacted a nearby service who diagnosed the problem as having a leak in the coils of both units that were less than 4 years old. The bid for warranty repair was over $2,400. We contacted AMS Airpro and Nguyen scheduled a visit the next day. He arrived on time and immediately and began checking the system to diagnose the problem. He inspected the entire system and found there was a leak on one of the units that needed repairs, the other unit was working properly and needed no repairs. He quickly collected the warranty information and provided me with a bid. His team arrived with the new coil a day later and within hours the house was below 68 degrees. They will take great care of you. I would like say thank you to the AMS Air team for their commitment to quality work and honesty at a competitive price.Sincerely, Maribel and Carlos

Parker Air Conditioning and Heating
Very very satisfied. I discovered no AC Christmas Eve when we had our Houston heat wave. My regular AC company was not able to come out. Parker was referred by a family member. He came out within the hour. He determined I needed a new compressor and coil - major repair! Decided to wait it out as long as necessary. Before spending that large amount of money I had my regular company come out for an estimate - which was considerably higher than Parker so I chose Parker. VERY good decision. He came out when he said he would, was very polite, knowledgable. I am now enjoying my new AC! He is my go to AC/Heater repair person from this point on. I HIGHLY recommend this company. You won't be disappointed. I rarely leave reviews, but was so impressed I wanted to help someone else looking for a reliable trustworthy company.

Parker Air Conditioning and Heating
Two days before Christmas in Texas, it's 80 degrees outside and our Ac goes out.. The landlords usual guy is unavailable until after Christmas. So we called Chris at Parker Ac and he was not only able to come to our house, but made it here within an hour and half! He was fast efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company and will use them from here on out! Without Chris our Christmas would have been not so good with all the Cooking and people in out home we would have been hot and miserable! Thanks for saving the holiday!!

Had an AC company come out, and they told me that I needed an entire new system for $7,800.00. A friend referred me to AMS, and they came out for a second opinion. Huy, the owner of AMS diagnosed the system and got my system running and cooling again in less than 10 minutes. Huy said the only problem was a bad capacitor. Total cost of the repair was only $165! He cleaned my outside ac unit and tuned my freon pressures for me. AMS is very trustworthy and I would recommend them to anybody. The saved me thousands of dollars I thought I had to spend.

Ac Service Expert
Happy with their service! Dec 14, 2012john says: Comments: The associates from All year cooling and heating were very helpful. Out of the 4 Air conditioning companies that I contacted and got quotes from, they were by far the most professional and the most reasonably priced. After making an appointment the technician arrived to my home promptly, assessed my current situation,( 80 degrees inside ), and then quoted me the lowest price. I would definately recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Sincerely, john and family.

Friendly staff, quick response, scheduling was easy. Huy, owner of AMS AirPro came out and repaired a control board on-site. AMS was able to repair the board and get me running in the evening after hours where the supply stores were already closed. Huy's ability to be able to repair the board saved me and my family a trip to a hotel due to the heat. I definitely recommend AMS.

Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
